It was very difficult formatting i also like certain templates but dont have the option of removing areas i do not like or need. The price isnt bad but I wish you would have mentioned it before going through all the hassle of sharing my information.

Definitely bait and switch, searched everywhere to find out if you charged for your "free" template. Purchased out of purely not wanting to regret the time i already put into this one. Being upfront would not have deterred me. But the feeling of being deceived has damaged what could have been a great resource.
