There are a few options / features that the resume builder tool can't use. With that being said, the feature is very intuitive and convenient, and the price to download my resume is reasonably affordable. The "Need Help?" option was also swift. My rating should be more like a 4.5 / 5!

It said Free... until after I had spent over an hour. Just say you have to pay. It would not let me go back to make sure I did not have other options. Just be upfront.
