Not super friendly after logging in and getting to my account and making all the changes it then wants to charge me after I already started this process and was still in the first 30 days and it never saved the last resume I did last month so had to start all over again. Very frustrating but I think I got it working

I thought it was completely free, but luckily its only $2. Wish to have known from the beginning but the templates are super nice and the site is very user friendly so I'm overall very happy with my experience.

Never indicated a need to pay until I put the work in. This is awful! Imagine being poor and not knowing what to do, falling on to this amazing resource, and THEN being greeted with a PAY ME FIRST screen. Absolutely abhorrent business practice. I had to pay for this for a friend so he can get help to get a job. He's lucky I could help because I'm penny pinching pretty hard myself.

I was told this was a free resume builder but i still have to pay money. It should have been said before the payment point that i would need to pay a set amount (with a pop up or something) so that i wouldnt fill out all my information, which took over an hour - to then be told to pay. Not happy and yet i pulled out my wallet - so maybe that kind of marketing works.
