The agent lied to me. I just canceled my subscription 2 days late but they only refunded half of the subscription. I called the agent right away and they said they would refund the other half by Monday but it was 2 weeks later and I have not seen anything. It is unfair and disreputable with customers. A really bad company.

I had this resume builder for 4 months and kept on paying without noticing. I only needed it once. I canceled and now it wont even let me download my resume. So sure here's 25 more bucks. IM POOR I just wanted to download my resume. Dirty.
