When I looked up free resume templates in google you came up. I don't like how I went through the entire processed and had to pay $3 at the end to get my resume. I would have preferred if you were just upfront.

This is way too expensive. I went through the who process which was way more than "15 minuets" and then finally finished with a $25 charge to download. I knew it wouldn't have been free but would have liked to know before all the work how much it was so I could have just avoided this in the first place.

I was phished into thinking there was a FREE resume, as advertised by this company. But I was tricked into paying for it or else lose all the work I had just done in the past thirty minutes. I paid just so I can get it done. This is stressful. I will be cancelling my plan as soon as I can.
