Everything was easy and intuitive. My one frustration was when I was trying to find skills related to training and presenting. The skills listed seemed almost entirely related to a management role and included developing the programs rather than simply training employees or presenting seminars using pre-designed programs.

When one can cancel, is not clear... Anytime means. Even today. After making initial payment... I should be able to cancel next moment. Can I?. This is not clear...
Make it (policies) simple for normal users... once you give a service that can remember,, you don't need to pester for subscriptions.

They took money from my account and will not return it. I literally ordered one resume template. Be careful they can keep trying to take your money being in America saying you ordered a subscription. I have been forced to cancel my account.

I Paid $24 once already to make a resume in January, i then come back and update it, and in order for me to Download it i have to pay another $24.00. Seems a little price gouging to charge me almost $25 everytime i need to update or download my resume.
