I wish there were more templates to choose from, I cannot complain about the process as it is very user friendly. I wish there were different payment options, basically had to pay $25 to update my resume and will probably not use these services for another 3 years again.

I was promised a review of my resume and waited multiple weeks without receiving anything. By this time, my "trial" had expired. I chose to contact customer service and they shared that they were receiving a high-volume of requests. Perhaps true, but where was the communication about this delay? They did follow-up on my request and it was processed within a couple of days of reaching out to customer service. I would have rated the service 4 stars because it is helpful for formatting, but the price is abit steep at $24.95. Depending on your situation, this software maybe worth trying. I'm rating this 2 stars because after being a member apparently there was a billing issue and my service was suspended. I found out when I tried to download a resume and the system required an additional payment. I never received an e-mail notifications or warnings within the system that I had lost access to downloading resumes until it was too late. The system wouldn't allow me to view the resume until I paid. I reached out to customer service and they did offer a discount, but that means I've had 2 significant issues and only some value from this online software. I would almost rate this as 3 stars because of the friendly rep that did try to alleviate my concerns with a special offer, but since the system asked imediately how my experience was and I'm still trying to regain trust in this company I'm going to have issue a lower rating for now until my trust has been rebuilt.
