Advertised as free, no sign-up required. However you need to pay a $2.95 fee to save your resume file for the first 14 days, after that a monthly fee is incurred. There are a number of templates, however the sections cannot be moved because their format is fixed. The sections should be able to be moved drag & drop style for maximum versatility.
