I spent two hours working on my resume just to be told I can't receive it unless I pay. Maybe tell people up front that they have to pay to utilize your services.

When trying to edit some of the preselected options for skills etc under a job, it would only let me edit one letter at a time and then the mouse would jump to the top of the page and whatever was typed next was typed at the top of the page instead of where you began typing.
