I spent two hours creating my resume only to find out that if I want access to it I have to pay money for it when it was presented as a free learning service. The sheer underhandedness of it all is infuriating and I'll be telling everyone I know in need of a resume to stay far away from you guys.it would be one thing if you were upfront about it but you weren't. You should be ashamed.

Although the graphics are clean, they are not all organized optimally. Options are missing from the lists as well. Also calling it free resume help is misleading.

Should be up front about cost instead of hours after I've been editing my resume, I then learn the cost. Also, I would have done the 7.95 monthly option but when you choose that, you are required to pay 95.40 up front all at once so it really is false advertising with the 7.95 option.

Only one issue... there is ZERO Military background information. Nothing to support or help guide military experience to applicable resume data.

Did not realize there was a fee until the end and you must pay to get your resume and can't immediately cancel the subscription but have to call during set hours M_F only.
