The fact that it waits until the end after you've put in all the time on the resume, to tell you that it costs money is pretty annoying and stupid.

I always re-instate my subscription when I need to revamp my Resume, change the template or help a family member get ready for a new position. I love how the information is easily usable in all the templates and a Cover Letter can be generated to match the layout and font sizes just add the words!

I was forced into buying the premium benefits, when the website was advertised as having a free resume builder with free resume downloads. I would understand charging $3 for the resume after building it, because resumes are quite tedious to make, but don't lie about it and then hide my resume behind a paywall that renews after 14 days. Didn't even give me an option to not renew the payment, which is A. VERY scummy, and B. VERY suspicious, especially when the "automatic renewal" payment is over $20. Not cool.

Your site is deceptive. It brags about a hundred free templates and nowhere does it say the charge comes with downloading your resume until the resume is already made. I get you are a business, but please just state what you charge for, before people upload their private information.
