Misleading! I said FREE! After I took all the time to complete the resume, I can not get to it without entering my credit card AND then will be autobilled if I do not cancel.
The site made this seem like a free option, but I do not mind paying the small amount for the help just like to know this information upfront.

This was the absolute worse process to go through with completing my purchase for this service. It was not stated anywhere that you all only accept Credit Cards. I attempted purchasing my service three times and was denied. Then I contacted customer service could not get a hold of anyone, I tried the chat and have been speaking with Evelyn. It wasn't until then that she told me I have to use a credit card and not debit card. After attempting my credit card i was flagged again from my purchase. To find out that I had to get authorization from my bank because you all are in Virgin Islands. This has not been a good experience AT ALL.
