Similar situation, I have paid like 2 dollars several months ago for a trial but it has been charging me a lot of money every month afterwards without me knowing it. And during this time, I have not logged into the account nor used the service. By the time I found out, they have been charging me for 100 dollars in total. I didn't receive any receipt in my email so I do not know this is going on. It is a lot of money for me and it is now hard for me to even pay my rent. I have reached out but they only gave me a 12.48 dollars courtesy refund. They say it was in the terms of use, but the intention is suspicious since I didn't receive any receipts! Bad company! Do not use their service!

I do like how it was fairly simple to process but was surprised when I tried to print my resume out as it did say it was a free template when I first started filling it out. I was just a little frustrated because I needed the document today.

The resume builder is great. I'm happy with the results. But when i started on the app, it said it was free and no credit card required, only for me to get to the end and have to pay.
