I was lead to believe this was a free template by your google ad and then spent an hour creating my resume, of which is the only one I need. When I tried to download I had to pay a fee. Very misleading.

My own fault, but I thought I was returning to a different online resume service and was not prepared to have to pay to get all my work back out in any format. Should have realized this when none of my previous work was still populating the resume builder fields. Again, my own fault, just feel a little duped. In truth, your site was very helpful, mostly intuitive and have decent formatting options.
