I feel as though this was a bait and switch situation. You advertise it as free. Then when you want to print out the resume you are hit with a charge. That information should be given at the onset.

I'm so tired of doing all the work of entering my information and then being asked for my credit card. I wish the pricing had been more transparent before I started. It's a pretty nasty anti-pattern. But I'm too tired to write my resume yet again so you get my money this time, but I will cancel this service as soon as possible.

So far so good. Wasn't hired yet so time will tell about results. But great site, I just wish I could rename the sections themselves, regardless of what template I use. Personally, I like to list (and state as a subsection) "Competencies", rather than "skills". Yeah, they can be interchangeable, but some hiring managers like seeing that personal touch, the uniqueness, I suppose.
