Very helpful in getting a resume started. I definitely liked the prompted narratives. My job title and my job responsibilities do cross over into other specialties, which is why I was looking for generated assistance. I did not easily find ways to include experience without searching other job titles and skills. Additionally I wasn't sure how to include that in one employment I worked at multiple offices. Overall, I needed the assistance and this was helpful.

They charged my card jan 26th while finally getting the time to sit down and take a look at my expenses I saw this and gave them a call today, I asked for a refund they only gave me $6.84 back and says it's because I'm asking 20 days later. I asked if I could speak with a manager he gave me some BS saying I can't speak to one. How do you not have any available managers or supervisors!? Then advised that they will reach out to me. I couldn't even use the resume because the fonts were clunky and over lapping and also didnt have all of my attributes from my previous resume. They're a rip off!

Loved this app until the cost of it went from $3 to $23 per month. I doubt I'll continue to use the service if the site is going to take advantage of its users who've invested time and effort into creating a resume by gauging them to be able to access it. That's not right and it's bad business.
