Because it was stated as "FREE" but we had to pay to download the resume and there was no option to opt out of the payment for advanced settings. Therefore its not free, change the information so that people wont be tricked please and thank you.

I don't like the fact that it is advertised as a free resume builder when it isn't. You waste all your time building a resume expecting it to be free and then when you've already invested all that time, they tell you that it costs money.
