I am disappointed that the "free" service charges money to download the resume after I have spent hours creating it. I found the auto reset of the cursor in the Summary section (back to the top of the box after every character) to be very frustrating when I wanted to make changes. I do feel that the overall format is attractive and that the service was helpful in updating my resume.
