You need to improve your process for allowing subscribers the ability to change their method of payment instead of having them cancel their current subscription and even wait for the subscription to expire- THEN have them renew the subscription. I think it is not only inconvenient, it is counter-productive, when it should be a simple process to change a method of payment to a new method of payment.
