Your services heavily implied that I would be provided free assistance with my resume. However, after going through effort to edit and craft one, it was held hostage until I provided payment to you. Also, I experienced many intermediate inconveniences whilst editing the resume, such as arranging the order of my work experience (which could not be done manually). I had to delete a whole section and re-enter all the information, only for it to once again be out of line in the order I wanted it (oldest work experience to newest).
