The process was great and stress free. But its very misleading because it says "free" but its clearly not. So people like me who have learning disabilities need a service like this because i cant organize my thoughts to complete this task.
I just think if its not free don't market it as "free" especially since you wait till the very end of building the resume to say now u have to pay for this thing you made.
