Resume coach gave me 14 days free service and when I cancelled the subscription on my 1st day they immediately blocked my resume. They should have retained 13 days of free remaining service but they didn't.
And they keep changing their unsubscribe process/page so that you get confused and they can deduct $29 for each renewal. They never send you a message that they have deducted money from your account. They have recently deduced 82AUD$ from account despite unsubscribing beforehand.
They never respond to my mails
After I completed my resume, I found out I had to buy the service to download resume. Use www.resume.com instead. It was free and pretty much the same thing. BUT FREE.

We had only tried and after trial I had stopped my membership. But they did not stop and they draw money from my account although I had contacted them several times during last 6 months. TOTALLY FRAUD OR FAKE SITE.

Im a student and i needed to make a resume for internships it was helpful enough to me and I found suitable templates. I had a slight problem with payments even though i didnt understand the terms exactly it was super easy to connect to online customer who were PATIENT and helpful i got a very quick and satisfying response shoutout to Cris! When I wanted to check out from Resume Coach, I never read at checkout that I need to cancel my subscription after 14 days of the free trial. I never received any emails where they may be stating anything that they will be automatically charing me 30 EUR after the trial period is over, as they may have landed in the spam folder in my email. The spam folder automatically deletes any emails which have landed there 30 days ago so I never received anything.
Normally, companies would send a reminder email of the trial period ending. However, the company just lives off snatching people's money with their subscription.
I chatted with a customer service rep through the chat function and he was incredibly triggered by my calling the company a scam. He called this abusive language and he will have to block me from their website if this persists. HAVE THEY EVER HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE? I don't think so.
Please steer clear of Resume Coach guys and save your money:-)

Well they don't make money out of giving you a good resume! They make money out of the very little font size they use to write that the subscription which costs 1,95 for 2 weeks will be renewed at 30$ for 4 weeks, I mean what kinda subscription ist that? Do NOT pay them a cent please! Absolutely trash people and absolutely trash resume templates where you can't change the order of anything and at the end of your resume takes more space than one page you're screwed! Btw your resume Which you paid for won't be accessible to you if you cancel your subscription :)

An absolute scam. They're whole business model is based on you not noticing their $29 renewal fee. Then if you cancel they immediately make your resume inaccessible. No subscription service works like that. It's based entirely on you not reading fine print. There's a special place in you know where for these scam artists.

This company keeps charging 29 US dollars from my credit card for over five months without any notice or approval. Totally SPAM! Never use it. I don't think I could get a refund. I couldn't even find an unsubscribe button from their website.

Their website gives a really quick but basic resume format. However, the usefulness ends there. I cancelled my account shortly after starting due to 1 not needing the site anymore, 2 Anyone can make the same resume using microsoft word. 3. Finding out that if you want the actual resume you have to pay.
I then see transactions posting to my account from them, no big deal, I busted past the 14 day trial it's fine. Then they keep coming. I contact customer service and they get back pretty quick that my account subscription is cancelled. I moved shortly after and low and behold looking at my account there are charges from them still. This time when I contacted them they say they need my ID AND a statement from the bank with the charge and card numbers on it. I don't know of any bank that puts card numbers on statements anymore. It's too big of a security risk.
They are taking your money monthly, 29.95EUR and do not return. Never ever believe their lies. It s a scam.
They charge you once for the shown amount on the website all of a sudden after a month you will notice 35$ is deducted from your card, either you cancel your credit card and replace it with new on or it will continue every month
They charge your credit card without authorisation. DO NOT USE I have had to cancel my credit card because of this dodgy company.
When subscribing to resumecoach you don't get notice that after the 14 days that you pay for (I payed 1.95€) will rise up to 29.95€/ month. You don't even get an email saying that your subscription is over and if you continue you will be charged with that amount or something. You just wake up one day seeing 30€ taken by resumecoach. I have contacted them waiting for a refund. Not hoping much though.
Make sure you unsubscribe the moment you finish your resume so you won't get tricked like me!
I've never written a bad review before, but seriously, find another place to build your resume. I made a draft of a resume, but then was never able to access that draft again despite trying to contact customer service and their tech department. They told me that I 'should be' able to see the draft, but I could not. I unscribed. A month later, my credit card company told me that they were trying to charge me $29 to continue their services. When I emailed them about it, I just got the run around again.
