I came across this ResumeCoach and was caught by an eyes of their creative and glamorous resume template, and also with much useful helping tools for guidance, especially a rookie person liked me doing it for the first time for my upcoming potential job. This really helps me a lot in writing. Never deny that this is my first and pleasant experience using it. Will definitely come back here again to do any adjustment when needed in the future. But one thing to highlight is only, the 14 days free payment automatically deduct out of concern.

Overall, I was happy to buy a built resume for $2.50! I was not happy to find out 3 months later that it automatically signed me up for a subscription plan for $29.95 a month. First off, $29.95 a month for a RESUME builder is absolutely ridiculous. Second, they are terrible at informing you that you are being signed up for a subscription plan making my $2.50 resume cost over $90, basically a legal scam in my opinion

I surely just only paid 0,95$ for download my CV. And they are don't show any information about account will auto renew after every 4 weeks. Then one day my account bank charge 29,95$, i was shocked about that. The customer service told me the notes about renew have send me in email, OMG.
The question? Why they don't show up full information on website when we prepare to paid for this service? Suck a bad experience and realy angry. This company do not honest, i was complain and request to refund my money, but i think is hard.

So the first time I used it, I didn't cancel in time, they return me the money after I asked, so I thought they are not that bad. But this time I used it again, and cancelled it at the same day because I only want to use for once, and I contacted them to confirm that I've already cancelled. Funny thing happen, they still charge me 38 dollars even so! Now I believed what everyone are saying, they are a total scam company.

They didn't noticed me that I have to pay the bill 30$ for that after 14 days trial and they even don't have a cancel button :) after you realised that OMG wtf why my money go away that you know what's going on and wasting time mail them to cancel it
