However, you have to PAY in order to print it, AND you are automatically signed up for recurring payments after the 14 day initial subscription. Getting that cancelled and turned off is a HASSLE; you have to say NO at least three times as they pressure you to keep the service.
The customer service agent Zoe Sostre was very friendly, polite and attentive, knew how to handle the situation on the best way and work with professionalism. I had called to cancel a trial membership, the app is nice, just couldn't afford it every month. I was asked and offered an incentive to say and regretfully declined. The customer service rep ( Nelson) was great to work with! He listened to my needs and didn't continue to push services on me when I said no... this has not always been the case with some companies I've dealt with in the past... the no pressure attitude will surely have me coming back for services when I can afford to...
