Awesom program...

I found this program to be very user friendly and I liked having multiple choices to select from when creating my resume; I have recently closed my account and Lee the representative I spoke with through LiveChat was very quick and friendly while cancelling my subscription. I took a lot of time building my resume and re-vamping and then I thought I accidentally deleted it or lost it! I went through IM to get some help on finding it. It was quickly retrieved, gave me some pointers on what to do next time and done! Very happy and relieved.

Super helpful

I had an issue with my billing; turns out having a chip card is hard to run for them since it has international fraud protection. After several attempts to fix it, I finally contacted customer service. Instead of giving me some unhelpful, cookie cutter script out of an employee manual, the Customer Service Rep, Erwin, really explained the issue and walked me through getting my account active again. Just in time for a new job hunt!

I use the online chat to cancel my subscription - nothing to do with the service I received from Resume Now. Making a resume can take some time, especially since i pay attention to every little detail!
They made my resume look and sound more professional and its only took me a few minutes. You can have multiple resumes on file from different family or friends, its worth it!

Nice site and tools, creates a professional looking resume in minutes. However, you have to PAY in order to print it, AND you are automatically signed up for recurring payments after the 14 day initial subscription. Getting that cancelled and turned off is a HASSLE; you have to say NO at least three times as they pressure you to keep the service.

The customer service agent Zoe Sostre was very friendly, polite and attentive, knew how to handle the situation on the best way and work with professionalism.
