I wanted to cancel my subscriptions after I found out a charge of $19.95 in my credit card statement. Please explain better to customers about the charges of a subscription. The customer service was quick and very very helpful.

I did give my son my debit card to get a resume done online, but he did not realize he activated a monthly account with monthly charges. He got the job! I needed to get the account deactivated and the charges ceased and Charlie was very professional and considerate of our circumstance. He not only assisted us with courtesy and respect, he refunded a large portion of what was charged to that date-I call that customer service! A well satisfied customer here. I will return to Resume-Now the next time one of my four sons needs a resume done, for certain!

While i will reframe from expressing my full anger about being charged unknowingly for a service i never used, the customer service help was quite delightful. Helpful, kind and understanding i was spoken to like a valued customer and like a human being. They canceled by subscription and refunded me all they had charged without any hassle.

I'm extremely satisfied with my resume. I wish the fine print had been a little more noticeable as I did not know the extent of what I was signing up for when buying my resume. Other than that I think my resume looks great and the website was easy to use.

The rep that handled my call was very friendly however there was clearly a language barrier. I stated my name several times and the rep could not understand. Some of the words he said also had accent which I couldn't understand. For ex: email address
