Called about a charge that was put on my card that I was unaware of. When I finally got the correct number for My PerfectResume ( one number was missing) I talked to Onyx in customer service, He was very helpful and professional who helped me not only cancelled my subscription but gave me a refund of the money that I didn't know was going out of my account. I needed some help making small modifications to my resume. I went to the live chat option and anticipated that I would get some bland instructions on how to do it. Instead, Victor was able to pull up the resume I was trying to modify and we talked through the changes. He was able to do them on his end and I was able to see the changes on mine. Superb customer service!

Orlando was so helpful! Great! Very good customer service. I forgot to cancel my subscription after my 14 day trial, I was billed 40$, I called and canceled my subscription and was refunded my money with no hassle whatsoever, within a matter of minutes. Thank you!

COULDN'T PRINT OR DOWNLOAD, THE SYSTEM WOULD TAKE ME TO THE UPGRADE SERVICE AS IF I HADN'T PAID. ACTUALLY I HAD INADVERTENTLY CREATED TWO ACCOUNTS. THEY TRANSFERRED ALL FILES TO THE PAID ACCOUNT AND CORRECTED THE USER ID ON THE PAID ACCOUNT SO I WAS GOOD TO GO.

This is the 2nd time i ran into Ivelisse for my resume help. I find her very helpful, pleasant l and accommodating in all aspect of my resume questions and fixed. I asked her move the spacing in my resume and in a few minutes it was done. She's true an asset to our company.

The woman I spoke to when I called customer service was very understanding and patient. I inquired about being billed for 2 separate months that I did not use Resume-Now and both times I called (for each month I inquired about), she understood my story and granted me a refund. I am very grateful for her service and courtesy.
