I would have given them 5 stars but you have to be careful if you don't want the membership otherwise you get charged the $19.95 like I did.

I went to your site, just to enquire as t the content, and paid the one dollar fee,, I had no idea that I was to be charged monthly.

I was wonder why my bank account was missing some money this month. I decided to check my withdrawal and saw 19.00 was stolen from resume now. The sad part is I payed the small fee they asked for in the beginning even though fraudulently the website says free. He was able to help me understand how the system works and how to locate my resume. He also took the time to email me various copies, PDF and Word copies in case I was not able to get what I need. Thank you for that great feedback. It is excellent to know how you feel about our product and the hassle free experience that we provide. When you select one of our trial periods it explains on screen that after the 14 days it will auto enroll into the monthly service. It also explains you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that unless you cancel you authorize to charge you every four weeks at the current rate. Lastly when you finish enrolling you receive an e-mail explaining this as well.
