Today I noticed a charge to my credit card for $51.63 (CND) and chose the live chat option to speak to customer service. Not only was I given a lower monthly rate but I was credited for the charge on my card today. The CSR was VERY helpful and understanding. Not what I expected. The website was very easy to manage and work through. I found the templates to be helpful in determining a resume style. I would recommend the $1.99 initial charge to get a resume created. There is a monthly charge, that if you are needing more help or do not get the job you wanted right away, it can be useful. I can not see a use for this subscription after you get a job unless you are still looking for that dream job. I would recommend this site. I got a job, not saying its because of this service per say, but it did help I am sure.

Your site was excellent in helping me to write a new resume. I was putting in for a new job for the hospital in which I'm already employed, and was required to submit a resume. Because I wasn't asked to submit one 22 years ago right out of nursing school, I was wanting it to be professional. I was able to find an appropriate template and was happy to also find very useable phrasing, as well as suggestions as too not be too wordy. I got the job, so needless to say, I would definitely recommend your services! Thank you!

My agent was very pleasant very courteous and very respectful had a great attitude and a plesant personality. He was very professional and I really felt as if he cared about what I had said. I used Resume-Now in March of 2016 to build a resume and cover letter for my job search. The site was easy to use and provided me with a great resume. I purchased the 14 day pass for $1.95 then downloaded and saved my resume. However, I was unaware that at the end of those 14 days your account was automatically subscribed to a $39/month charge to continue using the site. Since I had not logged on to the site since March, this charge came as a surprise to me. Luckily, I called customer service and they were able to cancel my subscription to prevent any further charges and also provide me with a full refund. Well deserving of 5 stars.
