Recently going through my quarterlies with my Visa I noticed charges that had been placed on my card after having cancelled the service quite some time ago. I proceeded to call your company of course. I was connected very quickly with the rep(in and by itself a great surprise in todays world.)I proceeded to speak with the rep on the situation. During and after the explanation I found myself thinking this has got to be the most genuine and helpful representative I have spoken to about a problem in forever! Being over a half century old that is saying something! Let me commend your business if this is the type of personnel you hire. But above all, thank you to Iris Curras who was that representative. You Rock Iris!

The tool works great for building professional looking resumes. It allows you to view different formats and order the resume sections on the fly; the ability to view the different formatting options is invaluable. The example sections are helpful for drafting as well.
The one negative that I have is that it can be difficult to export and save as a PDF to send to potential employers. After I created my resume in Resume-Now I ended up recreating the layout in Microsoft Word and making the final tweaks that I needed to make it perfect. Overall, it is an invaluable tool that I've used to get my last two jobs.

TOTAL scam. Went to the Canadian website to help my dad print out his resume. Entered in my credit card info to print out my dad's resume. Payment page said NOTHING about the canadian site being charged in US dollars... NOR that there was a subscription fee. The website said FREE CANADIAN website and to create your resume for FREE. 6 months later and 3 phone calls to my bank later (my bank could NOT figure out what company was pulling money out of my account until just recently). 7 payments were taken off of my credit card starting last December 2015 from the FREE CANADIAN WEBSITE. When I called Customer Service, I was informed that the 'FREE' part was only for 14 days and UNLESS someone called in during those 14 days to cancel, my subscription would continue. WHAT A JOKE! It isn't even on the Canadian site that they charge in US dollars! I am now out around $400 with the exchange rate. This company is a bloody scam and I will let the appropriate authorities know.

I enjoyed using the resume builder and the tools were helpful, the only complaint is that once the resume was downloaded it was difficult to format the resume with any changes, I would have to go and make a brand new resume. The customer service was great, although I was calling to cancel the service was great and the rep was so courteous.
