I had made a mistake, I did not understand that after the 14day trile period was over it would not ask me if I wanted to continue but just does aromatically. So I got billed for it, and the costumer service representative was able to help me resolve my issues! Thank you.

An HR professional/friend of mine referred me to LiveCareer. I have used it with exceptional success and results. My wife used the program to design her resume and received 4 job offers in two weeks. Today I had a password issue. The back-up email couldn't be accessed. I provided customer service rep "Rodrigo Huesca" with some security information and he immediately reset the password to this account for me. No transfer, no long, drawn out process. Quick and to the point - just how I expect service.

The Resume-Now service was tagged onto the end of some job search website that I was interested in as a 'free trial.' The service, while nice, is pretty expensive and I was not planning on continuing it. I found that they had charged my card without warning after the trial period was up and after calling I was told this was all in the fine print in the subscription. It seemed a little snakey to me, which I didn't enjoy but I was reimbursed promptly after expressing I had misunderstood the terms. Customer service was quick and professional (Thanks Charlie)

I was able to create the perfect resume and it was very convenient I love it. I do feel that there could be more affordable pay options for individuals as myself that have a fixed income. Other than that the process and layouts are great and I would recommend to anyone. I had to cancel because I can't afford the monthly fee and that is so sad.
