I had made a mistake, I did not understand that after the 14day trile period was over it would not ask me if I wanted to continue but just does aromatically. So I got billed for it, and the costumer service representative was able to help me resolve my issues! Thank you.

The Resume-Now service was tagged onto the end of some job search website that I was interested in as a 'free trial.' The service, while nice, is pretty expensive and I was not planning on continuing it. I found that they had charged my card without warning after the trial period was up and after calling I was told this was all in the fine print in the subscription. I was able to create the perfect resume and it was very convenient I love it. I do feel that there could be more affordable pay options for individuals as myself that have a fixed income. Other than that the process and layouts are great and I would recommend to anyone. I had to cancel because I can't afford the monthly fee and that is so sad.
