This site is easy to use for building a resume. I was disappointed to find out I had to pay to use the resume. After the initial "free" trial, you are automatically signed up for a monthly subscription at a rate of 19.95 if you haven't cancelled. Limney took care of the cancellation for me in a friendly and helpful manner.
I signed up for Resume Now and made an initial resume. After that, though, I really didn't use it for anything else due to a suddenly much busier current work life. (Please do not confuse "I didn't use it" with the very different "it's a bad service.") I have no idea of the quality of the service because I didn't get the opportunity to use it. Customer service (Lvelisse) was extremely helpful and got me a refund. For that I am grateful as it was easy and a pleasant experience. Thank you.

I was double billed for services rendered and the CSR was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to resolve my issue and credited my account for the billing error.
They set it up in many fonts, styles, and layouts. Their resumes look professional and got me the job first try. Their customer service is a dream, I did a love chat with Lin my and she helped me with everything I needed in 10 mins, and it was just so relieving. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Accidentally, forgot to unsubscribe for the monthly subscription and saw that 39.80 was taken out of my account. Anahi assisted me right away and canceled by subscription and refunded me no questions asked. And was quick too!

Rodrigo Huesca was on the chat help on Livecareer. He was nothing but helpful. I hadn't realized that my trial period was up and rolling into an auto renewal pay subscription. I caught it while the charge was pending in my account and they refunded the charge and cancelled the subscription.
I no longer need the services, so there was no reason to keep the subscription. It truely is a great site that helps build your resume

I wanted to format a specifc resume'. I had searhed everywhere for a particular template to use but did not find what I was looking for so I had decided to try Resume. I was able to format my resume' myself but ran into problems during the formatting process which of was I was hopig would alllow me to align the resume' in a different order according to what I would have liked to prioritize. I di not mind paying the intial fees but was charged monthly for a service I wasn't to be using. If the site was a bit more open about their fees I would have been a bit more appreciative. The site would benefit by charging a solid one time fee of $30.00 and access perhaps for 60 days then I do believe their ratings would go up and they would not have to deal with people that are "surprised" over the monthly fees. However, I had a representative named Nomar handle my situation and he honestly resolved my issues. I did learn that if one chooses to cancel their subscription the site offers, that they really nedd to follow up on it as computers are never fail proof.

Mr. Rodrigo Huesca addressed right away my problem and gave me a peace of mind. I was charged with $19.45 after 14 trial days of $1.99. I forgot to cancel my subscription and probably I was expecting a notification of cancellation. But, despite of, Mr. Huesca made sure I will be a happy customer. I got the job too, and I thank the RESUME-NOW.
This was his response to my issue that made me so satisfied.

The site is easy to use. Be sure to check your payment confirmation email to see if your purchase was part of a subscription. I was charged $39 twice before I caught it. Customer service was friendly and very helpful at getting th charges reversed.
