My package arrived with many item damaged, they packed and left the small, glass iterm under big and heavier. But It is not a big problem until you submit a claim.
My claim was submitted in the middle of May, after 1 month I contacted them back, they said Claim needs 60days to process. Then I keep contacting them every 30days, for almost 5 months they keep answering me: have no information
I used another Mail Forwarder Service, They only need 2 weeks for the result and transfer me right away.
I do not know when they feedback for my claim, very very poor service

After waiting 7 month and more than 2moths from last time I talk with customer service, I sent email to ask for result and she did not reply to me. Then I came there website to ask there, and other agent sent back to me with an email has unpolite word, she just let me know Reship add to my account $5.50 for my package, my package cost almost $200 + Reship fee $83. And, I have to redeem $5.50 by using there service again.
I replied that email to ask more detail and has no reply again, I wait more than 1 week until now. They not desert event 1 star.
They will take far too long to ship your package, and they require you to call them multiple times to get them to actually do anything with the package. They are not timely. They are not helpful. They are not a good shipping service. Go with someone else. I was enticed by their low rates, but I regret my decision terribly.
Customer service is useless. Service is very slow, and they rip you off with their "special handling" services. Shipping rates are also suspiciously high. Save yourself the headache.
WORST service ever, with a lying front.
My first shipment was easy, despite being tobacco, with some shipping restrictions. Customer service rapidly released it to me, no problem. My second shipment was identical, but they refused to release it, saying they don't ship tobacco. I responded by referencing my earlier shipment, got no reply for 10 days, asked again, asked again 2 days after, still nothing but silence. Then they sent me a notice saying my package had been there too long and they will start charging me a daily fee. They are still ignoring my inquiries. After 3 asks, I found you can pick up the package in person certain days, so I will drive 6 hours to get it, and NEVER USE RESHIP AGAIN.
3 packages took 6 days to be registered in the system while they said it would happen in 2. Then, I had to consolidate them together, 24-48 hours of waiting. Then, I'll pay to ship and will have to wait more 24-48 to be shipped.
From arrival to shipment it will probably take 12 days. That's awful.
And none of these timeframes are in their websites, I just got the information from the customer service, which btw answer promptly.
I'm working with them from a year. At the beginning all worked fine (just the customer service was slow), but from about 6 months ago they started with heavy delays to add the packages to the account. They say that is a USPS problem, but few weeks after they started with delays with packages received from UPS too. Also, they now started with delays to ship the packages too (up to one week of delay), and the Customer Service continue being slow and even unresponsive sometimes, so that means Reship people have a critical problem with their operation.
And the worst thing finally has happened: they has lost a package, but they say that USPS lost it, despite tracking says delivered; what they say not have much sense, considering all the operational problems that Reship currently haves. Now I have almost 10 packages that they still not add to my account, despite were delivered several weeks ago from USPS. I stopped to send more packages to this business, but there still that packages; just headaches from Reship now. Is incredible how a business that worked fine, their service quality just get down, very down, in a very short time, and despite all the claims from their customers, they has simply doing nothing to solve the problems. In summary: AVOID THIS SERVICE AND GO TO ANOTHER ONE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET HEADACHES AND GET YOUR MONEY (YOUR PACKAGES) LOST.
This company is a scam. They open your packages, invade your privacy, and then never ship you the products. Must avoid!
Re ship is the worst company and certainly not trustable. They update packages very very late sometimes we have to send them many emails and then it is updates.
Their staff is not helpful and they have their stupid policies regarding parcels and they keep hold of parcels for weeks without any valid reason. I was their old customer but due to these issues will never use this company and their pathetic service.
Used ReShip Portland to send a package to Canada that required dangerous goods handling.
Used DHL as the delivery method. Well DHL is probably the worst "express" company currently operating. The package sat in Cincinnati for over 2 weeks with no update. I decided to have the package returned to ReShip.
After another week the package finally arrived back at ReShip. Expecting a full refund because of the DHL service failure, and having weeks of frustrating phone calls to the ReShip call center (by the way the people that service the call center are terrible) I now know I'm not getting a refund because ReShip and DHL did not do anything wrong!
Well when you pay over $150 for shipping you expect some level of service, which I did not.
ReShip will NOT fight for a refund from a shipping company because they are worried about losing there contract with said shipping company
You cannot talk to someone directly at ReShip. They are terrible at responding to emails.
BEWARE! Find a different 3rd party shipping company. I've had problems in the past and now I have learn't a very expensive lesson. DO NOT use ReShip.
I ordered an item through an independent company and paid reship to ship it to me in Canada. It never left Portland. When I called and emailed about it the first employee told me I needed to speak to usps. After calling usps they told me reship never sent them the package to be delivered. I spoke to a second employee at reship who told me I would have to pay to have the item shipped again and wait for a refund. It has been over three months and the customer service team (which appears to be one person) has completely stopped replying to my emails and refused to give me my refund.
Ordered something from BC that wouldn't ship to Ontario (it's like we are living in the 90's). For some reason the store had no issues shipping to the USA, go figure. So I signed up for ReShip and got the British Columbia store to ship to the US Address. And now my package is on it's way to me in Ontario Canada.
The pictures that they sent were ok quality (probably taken with an older phone camera so it's not the best quality) but it's free, so not expecting super high res images here.
Shipping fees for my item from the USA To Canada is ok, I did the pre-calculation and knew what I was going to spend, so no surprises. I think if you do your research and find out details before proceeding there isn't any problems.
Had many questions prior to ordering and using their service, the online customer service tool was easy to use and they answered all my questions I has. I would recommend them again.
This company Is beyond bad I had the worst experience with them. If it was possible to give a ZERO rating that would still be too much. They held my package hostage for almost three weeks and every customer service representative I spoke to gave me a different reason. The series of lies became unbearable until finally I was told they lost my package. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!
Ordered items. First set never got there. Next one that was sent they wouldn't reship. For a reship company to not be able to send something as small as a region locked video game is just absolutely stupid. You are better off finding a pen pal to help you as this site offers nothing but a money trap
Overall, they held my packages for 40 days, charged me over $200 total, and still didn't ship the packages where I needed to ship them.
Reship promised me they could ship my packages outside of the US. Then, once they got the packages, they told me that they couldn't ship them. They held my packages for over a month and stopped replying to my emails. They also have a policy that they can't ship packages with more than one battery in them. This caused them to break my packages up into 3 shipments, which means I had to pay them more money. I ended up having to ship the packages to a residential address in the US because they refused to ship them to another country as they had promised. DO NOT USE.
They are scammers, they ship with DHL and they make horrible charges. I spent more than 500 dollars on reship and my package was stolen. DO NOT USE RESHIP
I have used them periodically for several years without problems. Last month, I shipped something to them using the correct address and suite number. Tracking information shows it was delivered but I did not receive a notification from ReShip. I contacted them 3 times and each time received a response to allow more time to pass. The last time, I indicated I wanted to file a claim and finally got a response asking for tracking information. They told me they didn't receive the package and had "checked with our neighbors and they also don't have it"; they never answer the phone and did nothing further to investigate or assist. The vendor I purchased from looked into the matter and everything indicated the package was properly delivered. ReShip does nothing to assist when things don't go perfectly and I would not recommend them or use them again.
Watch it for small shipments. They do not disclose all the costs / fees associated with reshipping. The calculator is not as accurate and though they do say there may be additional costs, they don't tell you how much. I was very displeased to learn I ended paying nearly the same value of the item I bought, in shipping costs.
Over the past 10 years, more than hundreds of packages have been received without major incident. There were a few small issues, but all of them were resolved.
Pros: 60 days storage, reasonable shipping rates compare to other reshipper.
Cons: customer service could be improved.
I currently have a package missing which was supposed to go from their warehouse to Tunisia but USPS marked it as delivered to Portland ******* back on December 29. I payed Reship 129$ via paypal to send the package to tunisia and USPS mareked it as delivered to Portland. Reship is the sender and basically not taking any responsibility and providing very little in terms of information on how they are trying to resolve this (basically pointing the finger at a USPS bulk service delivery issue). Really disappointed. This ordeal has dragged on for more than a week now and basically I suspect my package is lost and I'm out the contents. They know USPS dont say to who the package was delivered and misslead people
Despicable company.
Had a bottle of Canadian whisky sent to the British Columbia warehouse. They missed delivery. Several emails & phone calls back & forth & supplying of a signed authority eventually they collected it from a post office after 2 weeks. Would not send the item to Australia. Stated policy prevented them from shipping it. Canadian high commission confirmed otherwise. Couldn't ship even within Canada after stating they could. So the item can't be onwards shipped OR returned to the supplier within Canada. The package is basically stuck in their warehouse which they will keep & on sell. This company is a SCAM. Do not use. I have lodged a complaint with consumer affairs Canada & am taking legal action. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. Thieves & liars.
Answer: I have used Reship.com many times and there is no trouble at all. If you worry about a shipping fee, you can calculate it before an order at their website. And, you can choose your favorite shipping method. If you order a heavy parcel, it may take much shipping fee.
