First time ordering with Reserve Bar and I was pleased with the timeliness of order. Order came packaged very well and arrived safely.
I had placed an order for a Scotch out of Glasgow, UK. After getting updates of everything getting ready, I received one a day later of cancellation that the local liquor store can't fulfill that type of Scotch anymore. Not even an alternate option, just a cancelled was disappointing.
I found a unique bottle and it was delivered promptly. I would like to try to order one of the engraved bottles next :)
What service it took a month to correct charges and they still not corrected as of today and this started Sept 12 and nobody I mean nobody is willing to correct the error

As a first time customer I ordered a few bottles to try this service. The shipping time was acceptable and the prices were fair, but I ordered a 1L bottle and they shipped the smaller 750ml bottle. The support person was not helpful at all and just passed the blame to the company doing shipping and told me to return the bottles. It's not worth my time to go through this hassle and effort. This is obviously a scam (advertising one item and shipping another), so I would not recommend using this company and it's shady business practices.
This place took my order, waited over a month to start sending me notices they were just now processing my order. Then started showing me bogus delivery tracking notices. When I contracted them, they claimed it was being delivered the next day. For three days they claimed they could not make delivery because the business was closed. It was not a business address. When I complained again, they then gave me bogus delivery notices that said it was delivered. I disputed the charge to my credit card. Then two weeks later they emailed me and to say they see my dispute and claimed the package had been returned to the seller since it was never delivered. This place is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!
I placed an order 12/24/23 have contacted them 2 times with complaints over lack of communication on my shipment. I received a email yesterday saying I should have on Monday. I will never use them again. Normally I've ordered from quality liquor and I've never had issues with them. Website says order ships in 2 days that is bull!

Our retail partners are usually able to ship within 1-2 business days however, due to the holidays, they were a little backed up as well as the shipping companies. Order says 4 business days it's been 6 and still haven't received the bottle, on top of no live person to talk to, so best stick to total Wine.
I placed an order a couple of weeks ago for (4) bottles of Tequilla with the custom engraving option (a little less than $ 900.00). I ordered these bottles for Christmas gifts for a few of my top employees. I was expecting to receive the order sometime this week based on the time frame ReserveBar had given at the time of order. Yesterday on my way home from all day at a NFL game, I noticed I received an email from RB indicating that they needed to check spelling on my engraving order. This morning I answered the email indicating that the spelling was good. About the same time, I received another email from RB stating that they were cancelling my order because they had not heard back from me. Not even 24 hours without even a phone call, they cancelled my custom Christmas present order that I was going to pass out this week. REALLY DISAPOINTED IN RESERVE-BAR. Why would they not process engravings the way filled out the order form? WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
Made an order on November 1st and it indicated 2 to 3 business days for order to be shipped. It took over a week for order to be sent for shipping and we still have not received. Not happy with customer service. There is no live person to speak to. This was a gift and they should be honest on their delivery times. It has been 3 weeks and still no product. I just want a refund.
First off, the email I received today from *******@pr.reservebar.emailpowerreviews.com went straight to a 404 error page so any attempt to submit my review definitely didn't go through...
When submitting this order and when I initially checked tracking, the delivery date was estimated to be only a couple of days away, on a Thursday. However, I didn't even receive a notification until Monday - after the weekend - that there was even a delay with the shipment. It was a week from order date to delivery. My understanding of how the website worked is that only shops in relatively close proximity to the delivery address are chosen as options for inventory to select from. So then why did shipping take so long? At the very least, please provide more accurate delivery estimates and better status notifications. My company has used ReserveBar for employee gift orders in the past and it's unfortunate that our experience is not consistently excellent (unexplained shipment delays, broken items, etc). I will have to inform my colleagues to consider other options before ordering from ReserveBar for future orders.
Ordering was painless and delivery was prompt.
Will be ordering again.
The website was easy to use, the inventory was great, the shipping was rapid, and the customer service department was polite and helpful.
The shipping was quick and the product as described. No issues or problems. My brother was thrilled on his birthday!
My preorder went in, and was processed quickly. When it came to shipping it was packed very well. Even with UPS attempt to shake up the package everything arrived perfectly on the inside.
First time using them, would use them again.
I had been trying to find a certain bottle of whiskey for quite sometime and had missed my window on a particular bottle on ReserveBar.
Meagan Gerosa went out of her way to send me a personal email and let me know that that particular bottle was back in stock.
I got my package within the expected delivery and also paid a very reasonable price for such an allocated bottle.
Will be using ReserveBar in the future, for sur!

Took several weeks to get it shipped, had to send a number of follow up emails. Lots of excuses from Customer Service
The bottle was well protected and looked nice. No problems. Fast delivery. Good price for everything!
It took about a week or so to ship and the tracking website I was given was awkward to read and to understand when my package would get delivered, but it did come quickly once I received confirmation it was shipped.
