Overall, I was happy with the ordering process and delivery.

I transposed the last two digits on the delivery address. Your delivery driver figured it out and went to the correct house on two occasions. Unfortunately, the recipient wasn't home and I kept getting emails indicating there was a delivery problem and the item was going to be returned. Fortunately, we got it straightened out. The recipient was my son and the item was a gift to celebrate him starting a new job. He is a wildland firefighter and the whisky arrived as he was coming home from a challenging deployment. He says it's the best whisky he's ever had - but after being on a fire for several days that part was a given!

Not a huge whiskey guy but Toki is a great choice for anyone who wants to try!

Bottle arrived in perfect condition. The only thing missing was the bag that the bottle should have been in. Was extremely upset and sad it was taken out of the bag and shipped with out it.

Delivered on time and it was wonderful. I was able to celebrate beating cancer that day!

I bought it 1 week in advance as it was for my wife's party. But you delayed the delivery and it arrived 1 week after the party - 2 weeks after my purchase! If I could have imagined it, I would have gone to any liquor store near my house (I ended up going to Total Wine)! Never again and do not recommend to anyone

Quick shipping and delivery. Paid over retail but most liquor stores in Washington charge just as much if you can even find the bottle at all.

I love ordering from ReserveBar, I cannot get some of my order from anywhere else. But UPS delivery has been a nightmare almost every time! An adult signature is required to accept delivery. This last order, someone signed MY name, fortunately it was placed in an Amazon locker at our community Hub.
