Ordered my Gin on October 5, still haven't received it. Payment was made for $54.98 & $9.23 on same date. Would of hoped someone would of reached out to let me know a approximate delivery date.
My order was placed in early for a high demand item (i preordered). I never received any correspondence on shipping until I called then the next week I was told it was returned and I would receive a refund. (Sorry). When I inquired about the shipping I received zero response. Two weeks later I received the free gift that came with my order but not my product.
Reserve bar always has what I am searching for in stock. The prices are always the lowest.
Besides the 1 bottle which was backordered, then canceled(I was never charged, so no issue), everything else arrived quickly.

Packing was terrible. Terrible. Then the shipper literally left the packages (2 on 2 different days) behind the sign that said "no deliveries here." When I contacted the company to tell them how bad it was the response was a canned "not what we intended." Nothing else.

The specialist was correct in that we are a third-party partner and it is the delivery service's responsibility to check ID and finish fulfilling the delivery. I never received my pre order of Sir Davis. I never received any shipping or delivery attempt information. When I asked about my order the first time, I was told they didnt have my address which is odd considering you have to enter your address to order. My information was taken and delivery attempt documentation was fabricated as I necer received any communication from Reservebar passed the initial order confirmation.

My recent purchase of an Ardbeg product was not managed well. Reserve Bar split my payment between two vendors and my bank did not process payment because it appeared to be fraud. I later received an email from Reserve Bar.telling me to resubmit payment but no reason was given. The email had the look of spam/phishing. Only after I contacted Reserve Bar did they explain what was going on.
They debited my account but I didn't receive a confirmation that it was received and I received no shipping information until I asked. I did receive the product BUT it ended up being more expensive.
We live in the mountains and I have been unable to find my favorite brand of tequila anywhere near. ReserveBar has my favorite brand at a reasonable price delivered right to my front door!
I move fro NC to Maine during the summer. My dear friends birthday was coming up and wasn't sure what to send. We would get together and enjoy different cocktails. She can't get Bar Hill gin in NC so I thought what a nice way to celebrate her birthday, even if I was only there in spirit😉😛😄
So far I'm satisfied just waiting on my shipment hoping it will be soon since it is a gift
After assorting a perfect gift….48 hours later found out much was out of stock. So could not complete order. You should not show something you do not have. Easier to just go to the best brand sites and execute the transaction.
Will not use again.

The products come well packaged, never disappointed! Great assortment of Spirits and those hard to find.
I ordered a custom engraved bottle and received that bottle in a very timely manner... However, the engraving was not done correctly. I reached out immediately as this was purchased to be given as a gift and it was incorrect. I've reached out several times over the last MONTH PLUS and all I get in response is "we are waiting on a response from the fulfillment center". There has been little to no effort to make the situation right.

The product received was as shown on website. The item arrived in good condition.
The site was easy to navigate and order from. I quickly received an order confirmation, and then nothing until the day the shipment was due to arrive. Since these shipments require a signature, it would be preferable to receive the shipping information at least 24 hours in advance so customers can plan to be home to receive the shipment. Otherwise, my experience with ReserveBar was exceptional!
Needed to modify an order and customer service was understanding and handle the change quickly and professionally, and with a caring attitude.
