I'll never again book through Reservation Stays, nor recommend it to anyone.
I booked (Confirmation #: B_*******) through this company July 28 for a September 2,2023 check-in. Next day, July 29, I tried to adjust check-in online for a day earlier (September 01), as I couldn't get through "modify reservation". I had contacted Hotel directly, but was referred to Reservation Stays instead.
Calling Reservation Stays today, I was number #300+ in the queue so I emailed them, twice. Their email redirected me to "ask the hotel directly at check-in" and "Your ticket with this team has been marked as closed. Please note that any further responses on this thread will not be monitored. For any additional questions, please refer to our Help Center, or start a new inquiry by emailing or calling us."
I called their Help Desk (*******618) TWICE. There was NO PICKUP either time. ZERO customer service!

Purchased the $36 fee for full refund. They told me I had to use the application for the refund and then denied my refund because my application was incorrectly submitted. Complete scam! Buyer beware

Planned a romantic getaway with my wife. Reserved a king size bed with a jacuzzi. Got to the hotel and all they had were double rooms with 2 double beds. What a huge disappointment. Called the 800 number and was told I was number 200 in the queue. Paid a bunch more for the nicer room but got the cheapest room. Now I have to cancel my payment and go through all that hassle. NEVER use this site.

Mine is like all the others. Booked a room under duress, paid in advance. The first hotel connected me to them. Got there, no room at the Inn. Found another hotel and went there. The first two return calls apologizing were very convincing but empty. I sent in the invoice from the second hotel as they asked. On receipt, they cannot open the attachment, which is a pdf. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Stay away from them!

If I could give no stars I would! I booked and the next day (not even 24 hrs later) tried to cancel and they wouldn't refund my money! After I told them the hotel was willing to work with them to get their money. If you don't want to lose money I would stay away from them!

Reservation Stays agent charged me close to $250.00 to stay at the Marriott Courtyard over the phone in a non-refundable exchange. Then provided me with the phone number to the 1/2 completed under construction Sonesta Inn. Boo all around. Called for a refund- was caller 101 in line. Sent multiple emails and while speaking with the reps, none of them will take accountability. I will never use Reservation Stays again. Thank you.

Booked only 1 of 3 rooms before the agents computer failed. He could not book the other 2 rooms. He refused to refund my payment for the room he did book even though I needed 3 rooms not just 1.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service. Have to get credit card company involved to dispute charges. Had to rebook going through the hotel which was much cheaper. Save yourself a huge headache by NOT using Reservation Stays. When i clicked on the confirmation email, my computer warned me that it is an unsafe website. I cant even get my itinerary. Hotel has no record of my reservation. WORST I HAVE EVER USED!

Paid additional to ensure ability to cancel within 24 hours but was not honored. Tried to access link to cancel reservation and link was not a trusted site with warning. Try another option.

Package I thought I was reserving was NOT what I was given.
Agent LIED ABOUT DETAILS repeatedly.

Reservationstays.com WILL NOT REFUND or provide any recourse.

My wife made a reservation for me thinking she was dealing directly with Marriott. Unfortunately this site paid Google to be at the top of my wife's search. Had to leave 2 days early. Provided customer support with requested letter from Marriott authorizing refund. No refund issued and when I called multiple times was told their representative had to talk with their "travel partner". They are liars. Will be seeking legal redress. Stay far, far away. Be careful when you search to be sure you are selecting the hotel, car rental or airline sites directly not charlatans like these.

This company is a SCAM! BE AWARE! I made reservations with this company, by the time I arrived, hotel didn't see the reservation. I have to pay again for my stay. Till this days it's 2 month go by I can't get my refund. They saying I have to call hotel, hotel saying I have to talk to this company. THIS PEOPLE ROBING PEOPLE..

Made two reservations in one call and was told they were refundable however when cancelling they said only one was. This was not disclosed in the initial conversation. Total fraudulent company!

I booked a room for Jackson TN. I went to the hotel and was informed that I had no reservations there. I looked at my reservations and it was modified for Jackson MS which was 280 miles away. I called to inform them of the mix up and asked if they would change my reservations back to the hotel I reserved. I took screenshots and told them that it was modified through them. They didn't help at all and got irritated when I ask to speak to a supervisor. They hung up. Luckily I was able to stop the payment from going through because it was still pending. I was able to get the correct hotel room at a lower price. This company is a complete rip off. They say you can't make modifications or get a refund, but they modify your reservations without informing you.

I thought I was booking through the hotel website. The only way to talk to a person is to call@ 3am. They will not refund or let you move the date of your original appointment even if it was an honest mistake.

I booked 5 reservations through Reservation Stays. I needed to cancel the next day after booking. Four of the rooms were cancelled with refund (I paid extra to get free cancellation). One was not cancelled. I was told that a policy stating that the tickets were non-refundable was on the confirmation I received. I searched all over the page and cannot find that statement. I have indicated that to them and sent them a copy of my confirmation. I have emailed them several times and get the same response. I called the hotel and was told that the four reservations were cancelled, but the other one was booked by Agoda (Priceline). This makes no sense, as I booked all 5 rooms the date and time. I have also contacted Agoda. I have not received a response yet. Please do not book with either of these companies. They are scammers. I am contacting FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and the Business Bureau. Do not make my mistake Check reviews before booking with any company. Be aware of scams They are out there.

Booked a room for water repair at my home. Tried to cancel the next day held for over an hour and hung up. Tried again a couple days later same result. Sent them an email to cancel. Went to the hotel to cancel in person hotel had no problem said they would not charge the card. Representative called from the email said there is no cancellation and I'd be charged anyway.

Within an hour of making reservations I needed to cancel. I only found out then that it was a third party business. (My bad) no discussion, no compromise. Would not cancel. Terrible customer service experience.

Fair Is Fair and out of fairness I will update my experience with Reservation Stays. After an excruciatingly long battle of Herculean effort. Reservation Stays finally caved and refunded my money. It was an epic battle of wills that required numerous emails to a multitude of corporate managers, 3rd party providers hotel managers and customer service reps of Reservation Stays. For me it became a matter of principle. I am retired and had the time to work through their corporate maze of mirrors. It became a matter of principle. So the bottom line is after an immense amount of time and energy they granted me a refund. For that I give them. 1 star. They are not heroes for doing something ethical.

On the website they stated they had a King Classic room.As soon as I booked it, it then popped up that it was King Accessible instead. I called back right away -I told them it was false advertising and I didn't want that type of room.I either wanted a King Classic that I paid for or a refund-they said that had no King Classic and they wouldn't give me a refund! I would stay away from this site!
