Took me 30 minutes to talk to three hotels that kept me on hold, but only took about two minutes with Jose to get me booked in the hotel that's within 30 minutes of my project site. Highly recommend the service, it's really impressive.

She was amazing and did a wonderful job. She took her time and made certain that she had all of my correct information. She was very kind and courteous and I really appreciate her attitude. It isn't easy now days to find an employee who seems to want to do a good job instead of looking at their phone or acting like I have interrupted them by needing something. Needed to add 1 additional night to my business trip. Best Western wanted to raise my rate from $150 to $250 and I refused. Your man found me an alternative hotel at $143 all in.

The Agent at Reservation.com booked me a Jacuzzi room for $267 dollars I get to the property and I am told the room is only $152 plus $100 for incidentals. So today that is $367 for one king bed room. Unexceptionable pricing for one king bed with no Jacuzzi which is what I thought I was getting when booked I confirmed with the woman this is a Jacuzzi room she confirmed to me it was I get to the property there's no jacuzzi only a public pool that I have to now deal with because I'm here with my family and our annual yearly reunion so I can't go home or cancel. The best solution is that she'll send it over for escalation to take a look at it and see what it can do at at a later date they quick to take your money but won't give it back so fast so my suggestion is call the property after booking to make sure that you got the amenities that you're looking for so you're not calling this situation and yes I will get the $100 back but that's still an overpriced room and she lied to me.
When I called to reserve room I was I couldn't understand him. This guy was a total $#*!. He was getting aggravated with me bc I couldn't understand him. He was talking so fast, it was impossible. He quoted my rate for 126/ might. I asked if there was a hurricane in Gulf of America and I wouldn't be able to attend state championships for tennis was there a form to be filled out. He said to call the number that I just called. I DO NOT like to use any booking sites like Expedia and preferred to book with hotel directly. After this, I don't know if I would ever want to stay at a Hilton property and I will be telling everyone I know who travels about this experience. I am not going to criticize anyone's ethnicity, but Hilton needs to do better with call center and should use people who speak English clearly

I thought I was talking directly to the Carlisle Inn to put a hold on a room. I even asked that, I believe. A few weeks after I'd made reservations I saw the whole charge over $778 was on my credit card. My daughter told me I'd probably gone through a third party, so she called the hotel and sure enough I'd gone through Expedia unknowingly. The person on the call, Merik, should have told me I was going through a third party, or Expedia. Lesson learned at 73!

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
