The whole reservations process went very smoothly.

Felt as though I was scammed. I wanted to make direct reservation with the hotel and not through you. It cost over $14 for no value added. Hope you go out of business if not arrested first.

Reserved room and before I accepted it was one price, when I accepted everything changed: date, price. Everything. Help over phone was ok.

Call hotel you plan on staying not any other site. Talked to a group of people at the hotel and the prices range from 99 dollars to 149.00 per night they were paying. Asked to have the price changed but they said no.

It was great to go on-line and get reservations in minutes for an unexpected get-away. We got exactly what we wanted which made our trip most enjoyable.

Did not realize I was on an American website and the currency notation was not obvious, so I had booked before I saw it. Also, initial amount in US currency, including tax, was increased once I received confirmation by another 15 USD. The total price was way beyond what I should have been paying.

Had trouble receiving a refund on cancellation people will quit using advanced reservations if they can't cancel without penalty

Excessive and Unexpected price increase over that advertised.

Great place to stay, good price, nice clean rooms, close to highway and many stores to pick up travel items. Good restaurants nearby also.

I have used this site for the last few years. It quick trustworthy and user friendly. I strongly recommend.

I booked my visit to California with them and the experience was amazing. Their site functions easily and much better than any other travel booking site I've used.

I recently booked a trip to visit my friend in Chicago and reservations.com couldn't have made it any easier. They had a great selection of hotels to choose from in my price range and area I wanted to stay in. They also had great pictures of the hotels to help me make my decision. When, it came to booking it couldn't have been any simpler and it took less than 5 minutes!

I had no idea I was booking from a 3rd party site until I was charged $15 for booking! I ALWAYS try to book directly through the hotel itself and thought I was doing so... very deceptive!

I booked a room for a Canadian hotel from a Canadian location using a Canadian credit card and was charged in American dollars.

My work schedule was modified; by internet and by phone with your support, it was impossible to modify my days or exchange my no used days to another work travel.
So your poor services forced me to pay for a 2 weeks of work travel even if I used only 4 days because cancellation from my client.
I will probably don't use your services again and I will not recommend you.

I had to make some urgent bookings for my parents in new york and this was all a last minute plan and I wasn't sure how to make proper arrangements for them with a reliable travel company so I got to this website and it was very quick. I could choose the hotel under my budget and customise my booking as per my needs. It was definitely a great experience for me!

I noticed bunch of bad information about them after I made my booking and was little scared but it didn't go as per internet reviews and I was eventually benefitted. So I got to know that the negative remarks are all by their competitors and not at all real, this company is always topping the travel booking charts due to their flawless service.
