Ordered my frog in December and i never received my FROG! They lied to me many times about when I'll get my order. They don't awnser my calls and they are completely horrific. They for sure scammed me. DONT ORDER HERe
Month after ordering, I still dont have the animals nor a refund. Terrible communication and even worse customer service, refusing to take calls or email or even text back. Dont waste your time. I have to go through my bank now to get my money back and filed report against them with authorities

I ordered a tomato frog 10-28-20 waited past the 30 days for free shipping-- emailed no response, emailed 3 days later no response, emailed 3 more days later, got response "will refund money" waited week, no money, emailed again, no response, emailed again no response, 1 more email then I get again "will refund money" it is end of Jan 2021 still no refund...
Other places respond right away and have been amazing, and have had frogs for months now. Bummed to lose out on money when my son worked so hard to earn and order this tomato frog to never get it. Will never order from here again. Thank you
A/k/a HaHa Reptiles - owner is a thief, takes your order and money but doesn't ship anything. Won't process a refund either. I'm done with him, I've reported him to multiple agencies and will have his permits revoked. I will not back down until I have a full refund and he pays the price for deception.
I ordered a southern toad mid November, with the extra $20 5-7 day shipping guarantee and didn't receive the toad. I waited 10 days before messaging the supplier, who said he would look into it. Another 5 days and I messaged again, asking for a refund because clearly I wasn't going to get my toad. He sent a 5 word email "will check with accounting now" another three days I messaged him again. I haven't gotten a reply. That was weeks ago--it's now January
I ordered a gecko and a bearded dragon it's been almost 7 or eight months I reached out to them multiple times they kept telling me my order was getting ready to be shipped I never got my order I finally gave up and just realize they stole my money I'm never going to get my money back or my lizards do not order from these people they are liars
I never received my order! I have called and text multiple times and can't get anyone to acknowledge my existence or complaint! This place is a total scam!
I recently attempted to purchase a bearded dragon from the Reptile city website. Not only was my lizard not shipped, but I noticed i was double charge. They had charged a second time about a week or so after the first. When I called, they said it was because "the other warehouse" messed up, and I would be refunded. Well I wasn't refunded, but I disputed the charge with my bank. As of now, 17 days later, still nothing! Oh, and now they won't answer the phone. So DO NOT buy from them!
To all animal lovers out there this so-called company is a SCAM don't send your money and do not do an overnight payment for overnight shipping it will not come you will be waiting at home for nothing a day taking off of work for nothing when you wait 30 days thinking you're going to get your animals shipped to you don't let those words free shipping fool you you won't get any shipping you get nothing me and my crew are doing a story on Ripoff City because (Reptile City) is a joke the marketplace it's going to go live on Facebook and YouTube I hope your smiling Felton... Terrible communication-they never get back to you even when they say they will. Charged me twice 3 days apart. Sent the wrong lizards when they finally arrived. Not a good experience, overall.
DOUBLED CHARGED ME AND THEN AND EXTRA CHARGE 5 DAYS LATER. NO CHAMELEON EVER RECEIVED. CONTACTED OWNER BY PHONE AND EMAIL FOR HIM TO STATE IT WAS REFUNDED AND NEVER RECEIVED.

I ordered a bearded dragon from them. It came late but that was not the problem. He came to me sick with Atdenovirus, and I couldn't tell he was sick till it was to late. I will never do business with them again. I wish I could get a refund I spent 119.94 on October 7th just so I could receive it October 20th paying 4 day shipping just to have it die with a virus. Very heartbreaking watching a lizard seize out then die.
They took my money. I have no turtles no nothing. I placed my order on9/22 and still have nothing at all I call they dont pick up I canceled my order no refund no nothing.
I cancelled my order more than a month ago. I was promised a refund. I've emailed multiple times, texted and called. They essentially stole my money. I see now looking at other reviews that this is what they do. Time for the better business bureau.
They took my money twice for some scorpions that I ordered but they took $298.02 times in the same day they never sent the product they never reimbursed me they kept telling me they would reimburse me Felton But nothing but keep lying to me my girlfriend just died from Covid and I told him that I told him I had cancer and I was a sick person bananas matter to him so now I hope you catch Covid I hope somebody in your family does I hope Satan comes and takes your soul because that's where you're going
I placed an order with Reptile city, and like many many others, I was scammed with no delivery, no refund, and straight lies from their customer service. REPORT these business operators to the FTC & FBI!
These people are thieves they will steal your money not your animal they send that but they steal the extra you pay for the time it will take to get to you I would see if I could and if you ask for a refund you will never see your money so if you'd be able to wait at least 2 months I even if you payed extra they will always be crooks
Very upset with their business practice... received an email stating my lizards would be delivered on a specific date took day off of work and bo arrival... i call them and they tell me its going out on that mon so i take tues off work and still no show... i call and they offer no compensation ans say that its going out today... i demanded a refund and hope they refund my $

All the reviews are true, other then the positive ones that they clearly write themselves with fake accounts.
I paid for a turantula 3-4 day shipping never arrived was never even shipped but they took my money!
They've ignored all my emails, they ignore my calls, and when they did answer they acted like it was a hassle to do their job. If you want your money stolen go here!
