This place is the biggest scam ever! They will take your money, then tell you they don't have that reptile available but will send it whenever they get them in stock (even though the website will say it's in stock). You will probably never see your reptile... if you do it will be in terrible condition. They will tell you they will refund your money, but you will never get that either. AVOID REPTILE CITY COMPLETELY!
Although the yellow belly sliders arrived safe (and SUPER CUTE), I'm not impressed with the way they were packaged. They were SOOO excited to hop in the warm aquarium and take a swim. They were dry when they arrived, one was upside down and unable to move and the heating element in the box was cold.
0 rating. This company is exactly what all of the reviews say it is. 100% absolutely terrible. I purchased a reptile for $299, it was never shipped on time per the company shipping policy. I requested a refund and never received it. Upon reviewing my card statement this terrible company billed me $200 for no reason. Please if you wont a honest company, that respects people and animals please go else where.
Excellent customer service. Answered all of my questions and concerns so I was confident with placing my order with them. I order two baby painted turtles, one southern and one western. They are both extremely active, especially the western painted one (He keeps climbing and trying to escape his temporary enclosure). I'm going to be ordering my eastern baby from them once they are back in stock. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable reptile or mammal breeder to work with reptilecity!
I was in the market for purchasing a particular breed of snake they had listed for sale on their site. However, no photo, not even a stock photo, is provided for the snake. Instead, it is just a piece of printer paper with a drawing of a snake and the breed name listed. I initially emailed stating my interest and requested they send photos. No photos were provided back, just a response saying "will do". After a few hours had passed without any further reply, I emailed again asking for photos. I was met with a very rude reply stating that they were busy with 200 other orders and did not have time right then to send me any. Further more, they stated that it was also not as simple as taking a photo of the snake because they are moving around and hard to capture and that they all look alike anyway. I'm sorry, lol, but I have never been met with a more ignorant response. I have yet to come across ANY online breeder that didn't provide some type of photo. Whether it be a stock photo from the internet showing a similar color and pattern of the same breed of snake, or an actual photo of the snake listed for sale. Never once until today have I seen a listing where a piece of printer paper with a drawing of a snake with the breed name listed above it, was used as a selling point. Not to mention, never have I received a response as rude and bizarre as the last one I was given about snakes moving and being hard to photograph and how they all look alike. No two snakes whether they are the same breed or not, ever look alike. If more time was needed to collect photos, then that should have been stated in a more professional manner. They just lost my business and I will look elsewhere. I won't be considering them for future business.
Thanks Felton for yet another flawless delivery, 3 deliveries of 6 turtles total. All turtles arrived before projected date. I had one baby turtle show up sick so I called Felton and he gave me some Great advice! The turtle did die shortly thereafter, but Felton sent out another the next day! All turtles are healthy and living together as one big family and my daughter is Thrilled! Thanks Felton!

OMG! Im from Anchorage Ak and normally it cost an arm and legs to ship up here, but this guys sent my turtles and tortoises Overnight for Free! Yes Free! And they were all alive and healthy. Will definitely order from them Again. Thanks mr Willis u guys r awesome
I purchased 3 reptiles. They sent 2 then the guy says if you buy more I will ship your previous I forgot to ship. I say ok and by to 520 more buck. 145 from previous order as well. Never would send any reptilles excuses he or his speed head wife have health issues. The weathers too hot or cold. They sent my tortise in 45 degree weather no heat pack. Its a pure scam. Backwater reptiles ships 3 days from Cali. Save your money.
This company is absolutely amazing. Super fast delivery and all of my reptiles came and healthy condition. The text alerts and emails were absolutely fabulous. The company really went out of their way to make sure that I as a customer was satisfied. I would recommend anyone to use this company to purchase healthy reptiles from.
This place is a JOKE! Where should I start. I had placed a order with another company that gave me TWO updates... followed by another email the following day indicating they no longer had the Tarantula I was in search for... so I asked for a refund then tried out Reptile City! I gave Reptile City a brief summary of my terrible experience with the other company... which in turn I was told that they would NOT charge my card until the item was shipped ( LIE)... I placed my order on 7/16/19... the processing and ship time was 5 to 8 days...( which I don't understand because standard shipping is 5 to 7 days with a $29.99 Shipping fee) with FREE shipping because my order was over $100. So I called and called and called... and everytime I spoke with someone it was this and that... first, he was in the hospital and his health is more important... secondly, our emails go out after 8pm ( indicating that my item was shipped) I should be receiving one shortly ( LIE) even though THEY KNEW I was never gonna receive a email! So I called this morning ( day of my alleged ship day... 7/25/19) and was then told unfortunately they were out of the Tarantula I was seeking and would I like a refund or another Tarantula! Why in the hell would I want another one after going through all this bull crap! Trust me, its more to this terrible experience... the customer service is TRASH! I'm telling you, order at your own risk... if it quacks like a duck, its a duck! Buyers BEWARE!
Ordered reptiles and was supposed to take 5 days after a few weeks of waiting I cancelled. Was told I'd get a full refund over 8x by phone and several emails. Was told theyd do it that week or that night and it's been over 3 months of waiting for my refund. There liars and thieves if ya ask me, they shouldmt be aloud to opperate.
I paid for chameleon with 30 day free shipping. Over 3 months have passed. I still have not received the chameleon, asked for refund multiple times. No rely. It is a Scam company.
My husband and I purchased a Blue Axanthic Iguana and she was shipped out quickly. She arrived in good health and has started to acclimate to her new home and family. My 16 year old son loves her. You guys have awesome customer service and we will definitely be ordering from you all again. Nice to use this store.
Best place to buy from and shipping is as advertised if not sooner. I'm in Washington state and my order came the next few day. I look forward to many more purchases

We've gotten more than one iggy from R.City and everyone has come in great condition my big boy fred was a little angry from the trip but hes my baby now. Just got my baby blue iggy this morning i love him already he is healthy and happy and every alert for an iggy that has been on a plane all night you guys never disappoint me with my babies thanks again for our new additionyall the baddest in the game boss!
Just received my 3 baby Sulcata tortoises. All three looked great and have already started to explore and eat in their new home. Thanks a bunch!
