Scam never recived my frog or a refund contacted them muiltple times. Over a 5 month period please save your money. How are they in business scammers
I placed an order with them on 02/26/2021. 2 weeks ago, I was told they would be shipped on a Thursday and would arrive by that weekend. Nothing arrived. I've called and emailed them. Last reply said they would be shipped April 6th. I told them I needed them sooner, its been so long since I ordered and I paid for 6-10 business day shipping. What's the deal guys? Why can't you follow through with your own shipping policy? I'm trying to call today to get a refund. This is beyond ridiculous.
A birthday gift was ordered and paid for on 2/25/21. The item was never shipped. I have spoken to this company numerous times to get a refund. There has been no refund issued. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
First off, the owner, Felton, is an outright LIAR. I had to cancel an order after a couple weeks of excuses why my lizard had not been shipped. He told me the refund would be handled immediately. Several days later, I was told AGAIN, that it would be handled. SEVERAL MORE days later I was told that his wife did the credit... Still nothing. After another 8 days of calling these sorry bastards every day, (They NEVER call you back) some "new employee" tells me they are " restructuring"... I threatened bank and legal action. After 3 more days of B. S., I finally got a text from these clowns with a picture of a credit. Finally done almost 20 days later. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
This is about the worst place possible to get anything especially animals. You can call several times and they will not return your call like they say. Only received one e-mail confirming my order. Nothing more. You had to pry information out of them just to get a million excuses. They went as far to tell me there was a car accident so no one was in the office? LAME! Can't trust anyone. I asked for a refund. I paid $49 shipping for 1-2 business days processing and overnight shipping. Its been about 2 1/2 weeks later and nothing. Pieces of shot is what they are! They do call to confirm your credit card and address! Just so they can charge you. A load of CRAP!
Take your money and never ship out the order. Never responded to my emails. Called and no answer!. Please don't buy from this place!
Never received my order or refund even though they promised to refund my money. File complaints with Texas AG and FTC. Everyone who experience the same issues need to do so. Filing complaints with the BBB does nothing because Felton ignores them.
Reptile City and Got Reptiles are a scam. Ordered dubia chow. Never got it. Their customer sucks. Wish I read the reviews first to see how many times these companies have screwed people over
I ordered two Tokay Geckos on Oct. 30th 2020. I never received them and asked for a refund on my credit card-it is March 10th 2021 and I still have not received a refund. Avoid Reptile City at all cost! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!
I made the mistake of ordering multiple animals and never got my snake. I finally gave up, hearing 'we don't have corn snakes right now' Order one item, if you do not receive it, cancel your credit charges, I sadly believed them and it was too late to get my money back, 6 Months ago. Btw, found numerous Corn Snake breeders in my area, so if Reptile City needs any, I can sell them some.
Never will I ever buy from this site ever again. Bought a hermit crab in oct 2020. Waited 30 days and reached out to them about 3-4 times. Their excuse was I had to wait 30 business days from the day I made my purchase. Then the "owner" emailed me stating she had an emergent surgery and and will get to my order ASAP. Jan 2021 comes and no reply so I messaged them once more. They said my hermit crab will not last through shipment cause it's winter already and will issue a refund. Feb 2021 and still no refund.
I would be less upset if I only got my return that I deserve, I didn't get the mata mata as I ordered, I waited a month and two weeks, I was supposed to receive the mata two weeks ago that that time so I called into canceling and getting my refund. I waited an other month to then start calling no answers, rude never clear about my return always got we will have to call you back after lunch. If your on lunch then why pick up the phone!? I order the mata mata when reptile city sent me a email they are fully stocked again this was 11/21/20 around midnight, I Submitted my order 11/22/20. "I say I'm a loyal customer" for them to not care about my order said a lot about how they don't care about there customers. The man over the phone actually said he just sold out of mata matas in late January, I have proof of my email, proof of reptile city Advertising stock in mata matas, my email asking of refund and I still have not received my refund and it's now February 23,2021
Not even sure if it is a legitimate business/company at this point.
I ordered an animal in December of 2020 which never shipped, it is now late February of 2021.
I was never given any communication about the order.
I tried to reach the business concerning the order through both given phone numbers, I was not able to reach anyone despite multiple calls on one phone that also had a full mail box, the other phone number was simply disconnected.
I emailed the business and did not get a prompt response. Had to email several times and was finally given a response of simply "we will issue a refund"
It has been over a week since the supposed refund was issued and I have yet to see the refund. I am giving it one more day before I begin the time consuming process of disputing with the Bank and proper Federal Authorities.
If I could give them a zero star review I would. Please stay away from this business and their poor treatment of their customers. Whoever runs this show should really be ashamed of themselves.
And I thought Texans were honest people?

Buyer beware. This site and Felton W. Is a scam artist who will steal your money and waste your time. Thankfully credit card can issue a chargebacks if you've been had by this company. If you've had a similar experience you should make a report with the FTC. Do not tolerate this nonsense.
They screwed me over and still haven't refunded my money! It's been since November 26th and still no turtles and they acted as if they didn't even care!
Ordered turtles and never recieved. Lied to repeatedly by Felton. Called numerous times to no avail. Finally told out of stock, yet, they still have 35 in stock on line and still taking money from customers for no product.
Have not received promised refund.
Also reported to BBB.
I placed an order for 4 map turtles on 12/5/20. (buy 1, get 1) and did the free shipping (ships within 30 business days).
I was doubled billed about four days apart. I got that resolved. It was supposedly for a system switch over.
Late January came and still no turtles. I requested a status. Two people stated on the same day they will they get back to me. Nothing. I requested again. Nothing. I requested again and I got "We will issue you a refund.". No explanation for poor service, no apologies, after nearly two months!
Recommend buyers avoid this place!
Answer: I live in Canada and ordered a Bull snake. I called the number and asked if they ship to Canada. I asked the guy that answered the phone today at 4:42 est if they ship to Canada and he never said they do not ship to Canada. He only said someone would contact me about the order; also there shipping options list Canada as a destination.
