I ordered a mask from this site 2 months ago. About a month in I emailed to follow up on my order that had not arrived. They said it was on it's way and gave me a tracking link. Of course, here we are a month later and it's still not here. I emailed and asked for a refund because nothing is coming that I ordered and I was told it again was already shipped. Dont waste your money. This company will just take your money. I will NEVER use them again.

I made a purchase of 6 masks and 100 filters on April 8th, I did receive part of my order on May 20th or so. They took all of the $168.00 on the 8th of April I still have not received 1 mask and the extra filters I ordered, the product i did receive does not look or appear to be anything like what they advertised. Contacting them is a nightmare, I get that they are busy but they need to address customers in a more timely manner and not with generic emails. So disappointed with this company and their product

I paid for the order and never received anything.
Worst online order I ever placed. I can go on and on about my experience, but I'll sum it up with a few words. "Don't shop with this company." The bad part about it all if it was legit company and they actually sold the masks on their site, it would totally be a good business start up idea.

Update: After ordering on (April 04th) finally something come in the mail today (May 27th). A plain object in a vacuum seal package. From the outside I see nothing like my design/order that cost me close to $72. Heck, I'm scared to open it after contacting them numerous times and requesting a follow up on my order.

This company really sucks for preying on hard-working people during this pandemic.

THESE MASKS THAT I THOUGHT I WAS BuYING as for my granddaughter... we are all going thru horrible times... trying to stay safe which is not easy and people dying every day... THEN YOU HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF IT ALL!
They are. Selfish people. I was told that the masks material is cut etc n the US then sent out of the country to be assembled. Because of the difficult shipping codes now it takes a lot of time. I can't believe I believed all this... I just wanted these masks with brought always theater shows on the masks that my granddaughter would be appt to wear since she is in theater at the age of 13. I have multiple emails with correspondence from this company. They all need to be arrested!

Stay away from this company! I lost $70 to them. They keep saying they sent the package but the package I received did not have all the merchandise in it. Went through PayPal and they lied to PayPal saying they sent all the merchandise. They did not! Any emails I send to them get fake replies saying they sent it and they'll give me a discount on my next purchase. So disappointed in this place and at PayPal for not helping with this issue. Stay far away.

I total agree with everyone about this scam from Remarkgreen which is also called Lushgoods. I made a purchase of 84.00 in April for these masks and filter replacements due to the horrible pandemic an a law enforcement officer in need. Well, after several email and replies that all of you have recieved from Hannah and Smith, I decided to contact paypal to open a case. Paypal sent me a tracking number from Lushgood. I finally received a package, but, sadly it wasnt what I purchased. This is what I received instead of my purchase masks and replacement filters. Just SAD

We ordered 2 masks from the website a few months ago. I read all the negative reviews but decided to wait it out just in case. The two masks we ordered arrived and were exactly as pictured. The only downfall is they don't wrap around your head in the back but your neck instead. This makes is really hard to move your neck and walk around without it falling off. I dont recommend this product in general. Even if the masks arrived a week after ordering them I still wouldn't recommend them.

Order 5 face masks well over a month ago - said the company is USA - get my paypal notice from bank that I make purchase in hong kong - so they mislead to say USA (perhaps on person that works orders sits in US?) either way --not cool.
I waited a full month for shipping info - kept sending emails asking for shipping info, They respond with "we are busy due to Covid,,," yea I get that then STOP taking orders until you can fill the ones you have!
After a month I said cancel and refund me (I spent over $80) -- no they offer 5% refund - still can't get any shipping info - terrible service and lies abound -- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and they show up all over face book with different company names! Mine was LUSH GOODS -- more shell and pea.

I placed an order for a mask and filters on April 15th and still never received my order. I emailed the company on May 12th and when they responded on May 13th, they said my order was sent but there is no tracking. There is no tracking still to this day! I did expect a delay on the order considering the pandemic.
I have since read many reviews (none positive at all) about this company which made me realize what a scam they are! And yes, I should have did some research before, but lesson learned!
