Terrible customer service last check my order was in Jamaica I ordered April 23rd and they took my money April 24th cannot get a good response the told me I could get 20% off my next order, they will have to come up with a much better offer I will never order from them again

I ordered a custom mask on April 5th. I have yet to receive my mask. I emailed the company requesting a refund. They are blaming the delayed item on Covid. It's been almost 2 months still no product. They replied to my email and apologized, Offering 20% off my next purchase. Ha I would never order from this site again, however they ignored the refund part.

I ordered a mask and filters in April 2020, this end of May and have received nothing. I get the same email response every time. They are without a doubt scammers that took me for around $80. Save yourself a headache and do not order from them.

I order a mask and never heard anything from the company but one time... saying your mask is on the way... and that's been over 2 months ago... Spend 42.00 with them... please don't buy from this company

I made two orders, not one has came in and it's been over a month. It's a fake company, you can't get ahold of and one, a complete scam. I read the reviews before before making my purchase and they must have had false reviews and false ratings to make them look good. Please do not order anything from them

If i could go lower than 1 star I would this company is a scam. They have taken my money and hopefully i can save someone else. Ordered my masks in March and haven't received them yet. I have attached a picture of what was sent. This crap isn't close to the masks i ordered i was totally appalled when i looked at these.

Order Mid April. Have not received any of the products I have ordered. Has anyone been able to get a refund or response from the company other than the standard, "due to the pandemic..."

Just like everyone else, I ordered masks 2 months ago and still haven't received. Get the same basic email, I have asked to speak to someone live and keep getting generic emails from "support" team.

Don't order... never received my order when I finally cancelled they sent me 2 cheap masks that are nothing like was pictured I've made better ones myself

In light of the current situation, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient. It has been three months. Nothing to show for it and no refund. Their excuse is "the shipping tracking number is updating so we must wait a few days before we can refund or cancel". Absolute scam..

I ordered back in the beginning of April and haven't recieved my order or my money back. I got a bogus tracking number.

Never got my item and can't get a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. It's truly disgusting that they would use the coronavirus to make a profit.

I ordered two Masks OVER TWO MONTHS ago and here it is June and I still haven't received them. I emailed them twice asking for my order or a refund and the LIED and told me my order had been shipped. Here it is weeks later ans still no Masks or a refund. At this point I just want my money back. They cannot be trusted.

Months of waiting and emailing them and nothing. I never received the merchandise. I wish I could give negative stars. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order!

I wouldn't have even given one star but had to in order to leave a review. I ordered 2 masks MONTHS AGO and still haven't received anything! At first they great at sending an e-mail every day explaining their process, then they just stop communicating. I try to follow the web link now and gat a blank page. No further communication... just dropped off the face of the earth!
