Never send your items and cannot call only email but you get an auto response between 2 response and 2 different people name sonly. This company DOES not exist.
I order 4 carbon filter masks for work, I am a healthcare provider and I need masks that can be reusable and functional. I SPENT 111.40 and that was on 4/25.5 DAYS ago I get an email stating that they were being shipped. I tried the tracking number and NOTHING! I FINALLY looked them up and saw all the negative reviews. FORGET trying to email them, they don't respond.
My order has been in transit for almost 2 months an shipping /tracking has not been updated since April 20th they won't answer your question an wont return money the postal service has no record of this tracking number
I ordered my items the second week of April and to date, nothing has been sent to a shipping agent. RemarkGreen replies to every inquiry with a completely USELESS tracking number. There is NOTHING to track because my items have not left their factory.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS "BUSINESS".

I have placed an order with this website remarkgreen.com and have been waiting for almost two months now for it. When tracking it, it shows it's in NY. It's been the same since 4/23/20. Should I be concerned?
After ordering masks was initially impressed by receiving updates every 3-4 days after two weeks was told only packaging and shipping left. Then waited 10 days with no updates and sent an inquiry. After 2 days with no acknowledgement, called my cc company to report possible fraud and had the charge credited back. ( I thought something was up early on in their message updates; something about "building/assembling" the masks; odd language for a sewn product.
They are fake! They just want to screw people over during a pandemic! Wheres price gouging. Wheres defrauding a person! These SCUMBAGS NEED TO GO TO GUANTAMO BAY!
It is a scam! I ordered products 2 months ago and still haven't received my items. I emailed them, they responded and said my order has been shipped and a month went by. I emailed them again and they told me they couldn't find my order at all. Now they won't answer my emails anymore. I advise anyone and everyone not to order from them!

Forgot to mention that as their mailing address is in Portland, OR people who haven't gotten their items need to contact THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF OREGON TO REGISTER THEIR COMPLAINT. If they get reported for what they are doing (THEFT) it will not go unnoticed
I never received the product and they refused to cancel my order and credit my money back. I've been battling them for 3wks. Something HAS TO BE DONE TO STOP THIS!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The absolute worst experience ever. I am a nurse and due to the Covid Pandemic, my job had a shortage of PPE's so I thought I would order my own from Remark Green. Big mistake! This company is taking advantage of people during this really scary time. I paid over 50 dollars for two mask, waiting and waiting for my items to arrive. Finally 6 weeks later, I received just one even though the shipment notice said I would receive both. The mask is such poor quality I've contact this company more than 6 times only to get the room around.
It's so upsetting that during this time of crisis and illness and death, this company is scamming people.
Avoid this company at all costs.
I used my credit card for a purchase from the RemarkGreen.com website. The credit card purchase was processed via PayPal. The transaction was charged to my account by LUSGGOO. I have tried unsuccessfully on numerous occasions to contact the seller but to no avail. They have no phone number listed and only one email listed that provides only a standard "bot" reply. I have opened a complaint with the FTC and am currently attempting to receive a refund via a chargeback with PayPal and my credit card company.
I placed an order for a mask in good faith being that I am a nurse and could truly benefit from their product. However, after some time had passed I reach out to the company only to get the following responses and have yet to receive a mask. I am unsure if Facebook is aware of the fraudulent activity that is being advertised from their platform. Please beware and do not purchase any merchandise from this company!
Do not buy from this company! They are scammers taking advantage of people during the COVID19 Pandemic. Purchased masks in March and still as of May 19th have NOT received any merchandise. They have provided fake tracking information to me twice and their Customer Service only sends generic emails and bombards you with coupons. They are a horrible company,
DO NOT PURCHASE MASKS OR ANY GOODS FROM THEM!
