I ordered 2 jeep masks and extra filters. I received the filters but not received the masks. They said they were delivered and I would have to go through my post office for a refund. Major scam.

The company is Remark but your credit card is billed to Lush Goods. They claim they're in TX, but your credit card will be billed for an international transaction fee. They're running a scam from China. I ordered masks for my son on April 17th. It's May 18th and I keep getting e-mail "updates" from them telling me that shipment has been delayed due to COVID-19. It's a bunch of BS. On May 1, after I got the first shipping delay e-mail from them, I went online and saw many complaints about this so-called company. I should've done that before I ordered. Anyway, I alerted my bank (Bank of America) that this company is a fraud and they reversed the transaction immediately and launched an investigation. If anyone is reading this and you have an account with BOA, submit a claim to have your transaction reversed. You can call or do it through online banking. Other banks may do the same.
I ordered on April 3 I have never received my mask they got me for 60$ when I emailed and asked for my refund they told me they could not find my order when I emailed back with my order number I have had no response since do not order from the company
Scammed me along with others. Ruthless, selfish, unconscionable conduct. Only want to share my experience so no one else gets scammed. Send fake emails! Don't waste your time on this site. Purchased masks. They take your money and run... they need to get caught!
I ordered two masks from this "company" on 18 April 20 and haven't received a thing from them yet. I've already filed a complaint with BBB and tomorrow will be on the phone, working to get my money back. Since Facebook allows them to scam people I think they should bear some responsibility for not vetting these companies better! The only reason I give them even one star is because they must be rated before you can submit.

I finally received the 2 masks and filters two months after making the purchase. Now when you try to search an item on the site you receive an error message. Don't take the chance, spend your money elsewhere.
I wish I looked them up before I did business with them they are BIG TIME SCAMMERS! I hope they pay for it in hell it's ashame what they are doing thousands upon thousands of people have died and they are taking advantage of the pandemic situation may they rot in hell!
This company has refused to give me a refund on an item I never received shipping was supposed to be 7-10 days, but it's been 2 months and I never received my item! I have 11 emails asking for a refund which they refused to acknowledge. I found out through my bank this company is out of Hong Kong the epicenter of the CORONAVIRUS! Fraudulent business! Don't use this COMPANY!
Was fooled into buying Facemask after seeing as on FaceBook. Masks never arrived, company sends bogus tracking numbers, and refuses to refund money. TOTAL RIPOFF.

I placed an order on April 20... on May 1 I emailed the company in regards to my order I received an email on May 2 that my order had shipped out and on the way to there shipping agent and The tracking number will be updated to me as soon as the shipping agent receives it. Fast forward to May 14 I email the company again not only did I receive contradicting emails (in the Plural) I also received the same email from May 2, stating the same thing my order has shipped out and on is way to the shipping agent and the tracking number will be updated to me as soon as the shipping agent receives it. WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL SHIP THIS COMPANY IS MADE OFF. DO NOT ORDER ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!
I made a order and that was the last of it.

Do not waste your time or money on this company. Customer service is non-existent. I purchased masks almost a month ago and have yet to receive my order. They stated that it would take 15 days as the masks are custom made. I was notified of the 15 day lead time after making the purchase. Next they stated that because of the pandemic, shipping is now delayed. This was the last straw for me. I've been ordering from Amazon, Chewys and several other websites and I have yet to receive a similar shipping delay message.
In my opinion this company is fraudulent at best. Again, don't waste your time or money on this company.
I too thought it was a scam and was about to call my bank to dispute the charges, but I received my masks. It took about a month and a half but I finally got them. I still gave them 3 stars even though it took forever. It's a learning lesson for me, I thought since the company showed New Mexico they were manufactured here and they would arrive quickly. I left them an email stating they should have been a little more forthcoming of where they were coming from so I could make a better decision or know what to expect as far as shipping time. I placed my order April 5th if this helps anyone.
I believe this company scammed me. I order from them on March 19,2020. On April 27 I reached out to ask where my package was and they said it was going to shipping and I would receive a tracking number in the next few days, now on May 14 there is still no tracking number or package. Don't buy anything from them is my advise, they are scammers
I did place a order on April 15 for 1 mask and filters. I received the confirmation and then finally got a tracking number after contacting customer service thru the email. Every time I checked the USPS was waiting on the package from the company. Just today I received the 1 mask but have not received the filters as of yet.
I ordered a mask in April 2020 and on 12 May they sent an email with a tracking number UF*******YP. I typed the number and the mask is coming from China apparently. SMH!

Answer: Still waiting for PayPal to review my case. It is a real hassle to get help from PayPal. All that company had to do was provide tracking that they shipped the order, but the recipient has to file a criminal report with state or local authorities for PayPal to consider your case. In all honesty PayPal is a bit of a scam as well. They do not protect the consumer.
