I was excited to order masks, and did perfunctory checks of the company that seemed like it was OK. Placed my order and immediately became suspicious. The emails were a little too perfect, and the photography was... off. A reverse Google search found that the photos they were using were stolen from news articles. The updates were nonsensical and out of order. I cannot get a response. I thought I was supporting a USA company, and now I'm convinced it was simply fraud. I've reported them to PayPal... Do NOT buy through them. Oh, and the PayPal transaction charged as "Outfit Model Company Limited", which appears to be linked to quite a few apparently fraudulent operators, not just RemarkGreen. This is a fake website. I ordered $175.00 worth of masks on April 6th. Today is now May 8th and I have not received my masks. Like everyone else I received a fake tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Do not order from them! I placed an order in April 17th. I usually know better and read some reviews so it seemed legit at the time. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to them through email and received the same fake emails everyone is talking about. Last one said shipped and in Rosedale new York. I finally had enough and called my bank. Thank God my bank refunded my money! I spent 73.00. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in the midst of a crisis! I reported them! Hope they get caught!

I placed an order for masks on April 3,2020. Received shipping confirmation email on April 13 with invalid tracking info. I emailed company and got prompt response with new tracking number. I checked daily for a week and package never arrived to expected UPS location. I emailed company asking if this was concerning and received prompt email saying "dear beloved customer"... thy my order was on its way. Another week goes by with no changes on the tracking info. I emailed asking for a refund as the shipment was likely lost (or I had been scammed). No more prompt responses. No more responses period. Thank goodness my credit card was able to reverse the charges. To date by the way, there is still no change in the tracking info. Stay away from this company. They are taking advantage of the situation and not providing any masks.

I ordered 4 masks from this company. Their website says to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, which I did. There were only a couple of reviews at the time, but it seemed likely to be a scam. That was a lot of money for masks that I found cheaper on Amazon. It's now been 2 weeks since requesting a refund. I've received 16+ emails regarding their production being slow/busy and similar to someone else's review, any contact about a refund was sent from different people last name 'Smith'. DO NOT BUY! Steer clear of this site!

I ordered 3 $34.95 masks and haven't received them YET! According to the fake tracking number that I received April 30,2020. My order was coming from Rosedale, NY. And to date, it's still in Rosedale, NY 5 days later.
This company is a fraud and I'm reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and contacting my debit card company to get my payment reversed back to my card. $#*! holes playing around with peoples money during a pandemic.

I was diagnosed with covid19 on April 4th. I was on Instagram and saw the masks and thought that the mask was really nice and would work for me when I returned to work as s healthcare worker. Well, received an email stating my item had shipped, emailed for a tracking number I received an email that my order was delayed because of covid19 but it is on the way. I then received an email that the item was on it's way to the transport company. The take away from my rambling is during times like these its horrible how people take advantage of others. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
