Regus Reviews Summary

Regus has garnered a largely negative reputation among its customers, with frequent complaints about hidden fees, billing issues, and poor communication. Many reviewers express frustration over the difficulty in canceling services and the lack of responsiveness from customer support, leading to feelings of being misled and trapped in contracts. While some customers appreciate the local staff's friendliness, the overarching sentiment is one of dissatisfaction, particularly regarding management's failure to address concerns effectively. Overall, potential clients are advised to exercise caution and consider alternative coworking options that prioritize transparency and customer service.

I had an extremely poor experience and really cannot find even one decent review so this tells me I'm not alone in my experience. Luckily I am linked to my bank account within the first few months so they cannot withdraw money like they have from other clients but I am pretty sure I will have to fight for my deposit just like everyone else. Make sure you terminate your lease well before the time or from what I read they will automatically renew you. Unprofessional rude overpriced. Extremely rude help and poor customer service unless it is in their benefit. Even when you complain you have to threaten lawyers to get even part of your money back. This place is a complete joke and disgrace. The place in sunrise Florida is not worth even a moment of your time and there are plenty of good office places surrounding it

With Regus you get promises (broken), pressure to sign and pay quickly. Told to book days/times that in reality can be sold out from under you. You show up potentially with client, no where to meet only embarrassment. Regus grows on your dime, keeps you on hold 30 minutes if you call, refuses to escalate problems, everyone is "in a meeting," and there's no exec offices to reach out to. Sketchy, scam-like, abysmal customer service. Sales reps do not really listen or understand your business needs though they will tell you that they do. Regus charges anyway if you cancel monthgs out, even if you've not received services or started at your agreed upon month/day. Yet supposedly they are in high demand and that's why front desk people field numerous complaints about services they never received. Stay far away if you wish to grow your business in a respectable, solid way without chaos, disappointment and money lost.

You'd never have imagined a business could have been this disorganized, petty and non responsive to customer service or needs. You are the last people this company cares for. They care about money and themselves. You are there just to help them make more money. Don't complain and keep paying...

This company issued an account suspension letter to me only 5 days after I opened my account and made a payment. I have since tried to contact a human being to have my account closed for good. It has been 11 straight days and counting. I'm already losing sleep over this petty company and over only $69.00 a month they charge me. However, ending the existence of such a bunch of losers is greater than me and is worth fighting for.

This is a follow up from my last review. After blasting Regus in my first review, we received an email from the Area Manger saying that it was in their best interest to terminate the agreement on 7/24 and to contact their help desk. We did forward that email to the "help desk" on July 24. Then followed up with a phone call on July 30. Were told that they would send our request to their technical department. Called the "help desk" back today (because they certainly will not call you) and was told, rather snottily, that the only person that could terminate the agreement was the Area Manger. Emailed her and the office is closed in observance of Hurricane Irma which went through the area a year ago! In the meantime we have received ANOTHER invoice.

APPARENTLY THIS NIGHTMARE WILL NEVER END!

I have been using their (Regus) service for over 6 months, and almost from the start there were problems. They promised that they will give 20 MBPS internet connection but I havent get the speed ever. Even most of the times their internet speed was in KBPS which was slower than 2G Internet connection. A Fraud Racket, siphon money and shut that's their business! Services Offered are Pathetic and Charges are 10 Time of a 7 Star Hotel.

Regus tacks on monthly expenses for internet, phone lines, kitchen fees and other "expenses" that make it more costly than it first appears when renting office space.
