Redbubble's reputation is increasingly marred by significant concerns regarding its customer service and fee structure. Many artists express frustration over high deductions from earnings and a lack of transparency in the new tier system, which they feel undermines their profitability. Customers frequently report issues with product quality, including defective items and poor print resolution, alongside unreliable shipping and inadequate support when seeking resolutions. While some users appreciate the variety and quality of certain products, the overall sentiment suggests a declining trust in the platform, prompting many to consider alternative options for their creative endeavors.

I purchased a 24x16 framed print from RB and it arrived in EXCELLENT condition last night. The delivery took approx. 5 - 6 days to San Francisco. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would def. Recommend the site to friends/family.
Oh how I HATE this site. I tried to buy one simple iPhone case and the website kept telling me that the billing address on my credit card did not match the one I had entered in the website. Meanwhile on my debit/credit card I, apparently, have bought three of these cases and have spent over $100! I never got a confirmation letter or anything! I was told that my credit card wasn't even working for the site while while really they were subtracting money from my bank account without sending me anything in return! I want my money back and I want it to be known that this site if a complete fraud and an utter scam do NOT buy from redbubble.com period!
Bought a poster off them. When it arrived it looked really rubbish due to the poor quality of the image uploaded by the artist. Even though this wasn't their fault strictly speaking (since they don't control the images) they offered me an immediate and full refund and I didn't even have to send the poster back- all I had to do was sent a picture of it in.
Really helpful and lovely. Would definitely recommend.
I was given a t-shirt for Christmas. After I washed it and tried it on, the shirt was crooked. The fabric had not been washed before it was cut for the pattern, so when it was washed, it warped. I now have a seam going noticeably across my front and back. When I contacted them to explain, and included pictures, I was told that I needed an invoice number. I gave them the information of the person who bought it for me, but explained that I didn't have an invoice number. They basically told me "sorry about your luck".
I was a member but once all the garbage about Hitler T's, Charles Manson and other notorious characters were available on childrens baby suits I followed everyone else and gave the place a wide berth.
The forum is run by the Melbourne Mafia, snide $#*!es who lick the likes of MH arse with gusto, defending anything and everything he does. They behave like hookers and MH is their PIMP.
If you search for Barbie. Hold tight because what you will come across is enough to make your eyes and ears bleed.
If you do upload any work and then change your mind and leave, take my advise and replace all your work (with? Or anything thats not worth a $)before closing the account otherwise the work will stay on their server and they will continue to sell your copyrighted stuff and you won't get a penny.
Crash & Burn is the best thing that can happen to RB.
Be warned. They will bleed you dry.
I wouldn't touch the place with Charles Mansons genitals!
A sordid little site with dubious moral standards, shoddy and unpleasant management and second-rate, over-priced products with rip-off postage prices (profits by stealth). There are many better rival sites out there.
I used to sell work there. Melbourne Mafia (nasty bunch) chased me out for speaking up about unethical issues going on there. I deleted all my work to find out they kept it and sold it anyway. I told them not to ship it and they shipped it anyway. They made no restitution. I met two others who also deleted work but Redbubble sold it anyway. It's sunk really low under the current captain. If you're a "serious" artist, stay away to preserve your reputation.
The worst site ever.
I bought a few "girly cut" tees from them. Awful. After a few washes they faded and the print started coming off.
As for the artists, well all the great artists have left and now all they have are MWC (Moms with Cameras) If you want blurry out of focus shots or nudes with dirty feet then RB is for you.
The bubble has popped with that site. There is no more community as the bullies now rule the forums. If you disagree with them, then your account will be suspended or you will face a ban. Most of the artists have problems with getting paid. Many have waited months for payment.
Avoid this site like the plague!
I wait for my order for more than a month - all my emails and posts on their helpboard are ignored. Redbubble is scam and fraud.
I have recommended this site to all of my friends. The prints and picture quality turns out great. I think it is a great site. I bought the 2011 calender last year and I am going to be buying the 2012 calender with my friends pictures on it.
I ordered 6 stickers from the site. Each sticker is priced over $2.00, some more than others. All orders 6 stickers or greater cuts the order total by 50%, not too bad. The site allows you to make custom stickers of seemingly anything you desire. There are no options to change sticker size; instead, stickers are sized to best fit inside a 3x4 inch rectangle. I made a custom sticker just to test this out. Anyone without photoshop might find this a little difficult.
Stickers are printed on some kind of thin matte vinyl. All designs have a white border that's about a quarter inch wide all the way around the design. The sticker quality is less than I expected. They appear to have been printed in someone's basement on a printer bought on sale at Wal*Mart. I could have done better with my home photo printer. I put the stickers on my laptop, and some of them had trouble sticking around the edges of the sticker.
Overall, there are several designs to choose from on RedBubble, but sticker quality is less than desirable. I didn't check out the art prints or t-shirts, but it they're anything like the sticker quality, I'd say look elsewhere.
RedBubble is fun for photos and digital art. I have never bought anything from them so I cannot speak of the quality. I do have my art there as a portfolio sort of place. They will sell your prints, posters, cards etc for you and you control the markup on your stuff. It is free to join. There are no fees.
I like that they let anyone join. Apparently they had some "offensive material" but don't look at that if you don't like it.
I like that you can copy html banners for other sites and help promote your art. If you want to be really invloved then you can since they have contests and groups to join that have similar interests. It is so fun to talk to other artists from around the world. You can find out about all sorts of free programs they use to create.
Used to be a great site but has now gone downhill and is intent on relying on trash to turn a buck
Distasteful place these days should avoided at all costs
Used to be great but don't complain about anything - admin will delete the comments. And watch out for the "Melbourne Mafia" - site bullies. But if your looking for low quality trash t-shirts, its the the place to go! There's some awesome people and great artists there also but they're leaving in droves because of the administrations policies.
I am concerned about the Neo-nazi stuff Redbubble sells.

I bought 3 stickers, 2 of the for the rear of my car. But they too cheap. I could have printed them at home. Actually they are printed with a simple printer WTF$#@!?
I paid almost 3 dls for each and the shipping. No sense, bad quality
I like this site... most of the members are great and there is some awesome work... it is a diverse site that includes many genres of work... I like the idea that you can sell your work but the return on the sell that a member gets is very low requiring a substantial amount of work to be sold to make any type of money... it to can be somewhat of a popularity site as well but at you have the option of selecting artist nto watch and join groups. I am not as active on there as much anymore as it seems to require a lot of time to market your work with minimal return. But it is worth checking out as it has numerous ways to add, display and interact with other members.
Fantastic Site - The site features artist from all over the world and provides a marketplace for your artwork. The site is free and offers to reproduce you artwork in a variety of medias and products. I have enjoyed the quality of their products and the professionalism that the site exudes.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
Answer: They're your typical plastic case. My sister has a case and it's lasted her s good year
