Redbubble's reputation is increasingly marred by significant concerns regarding its customer service and fee structure. Many artists express frustration over high deductions from earnings and a lack of transparency in the new tier system, which they feel undermines their profitability. Customers frequently report issues with product quality, including defective items and poor print resolution, alongside unreliable shipping and inadequate support when seeking resolutions. While some users appreciate the variety and quality of certain products, the overall sentiment suggests a declining trust in the platform, prompting many to consider alternative options for their creative endeavors.

Ordered a phone case in December and still hadn't received it in the 3rd week of January. Emailed them and told to wait another 2 weeks for it, emailed them mid-Feb saying I still haven't gotten it. They said they've dispatched another one a week after that but didn't receive that one either. Had to wait another month to get my refund. All in all, 3 months of waiting for 2 phone cases that never came and for my refund. Very frustrating, don't order from them ever.
Ordered a t-shirt in ££'s and wondered why t took so long to arrive. When it did, it was from the US and I got slapped with an £11.30 customs charge. Almost as much as the actual t-shirt I ordered. I admit I didn't read all the small print, but when you order in ££'s you assume it's coming from the UK. Can't review the quality of the t-shirt as I rejected it at the sorting office and am awaiting a full refund.
Ordered a tshirt and it took ages to arrive. Terrible quality with a cheap, iron-on design that's crooked. Way overpriced. Please don't waste your money here.
Been waiting for my sister's 18th birthday present for ages. She is a big American Horror Story fan and Redbubble seemed the ideal place to get her something different. I recognise I am from the UK and should expect to wait longer but I have waited long enough thank you very much. If it was free postage I probably wouldn't be as annoyed but I paid an extra £4-ish for postage. Glad I didnt pay even more for 'next day delivery' because it's clearly a pile of rubbish.
I have ordered from RedBubble and recieved absimal shirts, only half of the design was printed. I have contacted them several times to try and get the shirts replaced and have been completely ignored by the company. They are no good and will just take your money and give you a crap product.
Ordered my shirts last week and recieved them yesterday. The quality of the shirts is awesome (american apparel) but the screen printing is a little sketchy. I'll have to wash them to see what I really think. Overall, I'm happy.
I ordered a t-shirt last year and it didn't arrive here. I tried to contact the support center to figure out what was going on, but they didn't give any help and refund. Here's my advice for potential customers: STAY AWAY!
Add my experience to another "lost in the mail." After 14 days since shipping out, I looked at the tracking info and it had stalled at the main post office in San Antonio 13 days earlier. There was no update after that and I didn't get the package. Contacted Redbubble via their Chat feature and was told to go check at the post office. What is this, 1950? My neighborhood has plenty of shared mail boxes for parcel deliveries so I doubt they couldn't fit two stickers in one of them, if not my personal mailbox, and I didn't get any notice for pickup. But they wanted me to go stand in line and ask anyway. Then the Redbubble rep told me to give it another 5 days. Look, the last tracking update occured 30 miles from my house 14 days ago. I don't think 5 more days (for a total of 19 days) is going to make a difference. But in the Redbubble universe, I guess this is how things work. Seems like a lot of items get lost for some reason, but since they couldn't just resend my $5.00 order on the spot, I don't think they're too worried about customer retention, so I'm done with that site.
VERY Rarely am I so happy about an product/order that I search it out to make a positive review. I love the t shirts we got! Excellent website with ample information and options. I got my order in exceptional time. And the product was better than I envisioned it!
Bought something, got lost in the mail, service, email back that and that day, I mail back and I need to wait another couple weeks. What the $#*!, even now I still got not my money back and still fighting with them! Never buy here!
Okay so my Hudbands birthday is coming up at the end of the month, and he LOVES Dragonball... And what better way to show it than to get him a sweater with a Dragonball?!? With all the selections I ended up buying 2 sweaters a shirt, and a batman iphone case (lol). They came in the mail much sooner than I expected and I really like the quality. My husband hasn't opened his presents yet but I can not wait to see his face. I think it was definitely worth it and probably will use redbubble for future personalized gifts! :D 5 stars for me!
Orderred 4 cards online- i was a bit worried after reading all the reviews but i decided to risk it as i really liked what i saw, to my suprised order arrived on time (today actually) - 6 days after i received the dispatch email. Everything was packed securely and was undamaged (sent from California) The quality of the cards is excellent, very good printing paper, it's more photo paper if you know what i mean. I cant comment on any other stuff they are selling but i would say prints, cards etc i will be orderring again. Try it.
I ordered a sweatshirt. It got lost in the mail, and RedBubble kept changing the subject and dodging the questions I had for them about it. Complete BS, and when my friend FINALLY got his shirt 3 months late, it was filthy, cheaply made, crooked, and a cheap plastic iron on design.
I've had a wonderful experience with RedBubble. If I've had problems or questions, they have been quick to respond. Products I have ordered have been good quality. IPod case is the standard hard plastic, two piece deal that isn't preferred but allows for best quality image printing. Stickers are standard paper stickers, but I wasn't planning on putting them on my car or anywhere else outdoors, so that was fine with me. The shirts are your standard American Apparel brand, so don't expect Gildan or anything. Also, American Apparel shirts have a tendency to shrink, so just keep that in mind.

WARNING: KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
Shirt arrived 2 months late. Dirty. And made of the cheapest material i have ever seen. Packaging was a pitiful black plastic bag.
If i knew the store was based in Melbourne australia before buying, i would never have purchased from redbubble. 2 cities you wanna keep clear from when buying stuff from, Melbourne and brisbane australia.
Overall a good site with a very friendly community, but an extremely frustrating process in trying to get paid. It takes many back-and-forth emails, proof of your sales (though it's right on THEIR site), and a lot of excuses before you actually receive payment.
Ordered 10 stickers and got cheap computer paper print outs. Would not recommend!
I accidentally ordered iphone covers rather than ipod covers. I sent and email and received a response the same day. They let me keep the bad order and gave me a voucher covering the ones I needed (for the same amount I spent originally). I was very happy with the service I received. As far as not agreeing with many of the things they were selling, it is part of living in a free country.
In the beginning, it was great. I could make my designs and get paid from people who liked it enough that they actually wanted to buy it!
It was the coolest thing I think I've seen around lately for artists and I was loving every bit of it!... but then things started tumbling a bit out of control.
Well, I had a lot of control over my account at first, but then things were just getting weird. I couldn't get any of the money that I was supposed to be receiving for what I had sold and when I tried getting help from RedBubble staff, nothing was working and I wasn't getting any kind of reply. I was getting really worried about what was happening there and decided to deactivate my account.
Yeah. That didn't make much of a difference. They still sold my art and they took all of the profits. I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if my art is still being sold by them right now, even. But am I receiving any of my earnings?
Nope.
Lesson learned. Look these things up before you sign up for that kind of stuff.
If it's too good to be true, then it probably is.
Wish I had seen all of these reviews first and figured out not to share my designs there in the first place.
It's a dubious site where dissent is deleted and customer problems ignored. Beware.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
Answer: They're your typical plastic case. My sister has a case and it's lasted her s good year
